We had two units at this location. In October of 2025 they redid the roofing with no notice and destroyed both of our units. They have done NOTHING to help us in any way. They told us to file an insurance claim with Orange Door. They took 6 months and then denied the claims, which is illegal in the state of Florida. We have spent countless hours emailing, calling and responding to requests for evidence. We have dozens of photos and videos that were sent in. We are at the point where we have to meet with lawyers and contact the news to warn others as it is clear that have no intentions on doing the right thing. Never rent here. Ever. read more

I have been a customer for a few years I was going to move out about a year ago but stayed I used to have a great experience at the storage facility largely thanks to the previous manager who was always helpful upbeat and professional. She kept the property clean and made it a pleasant place to visit. Unfortunately since her departure of the facility has noticeably declined. The grounds are not well maintained and the current staff lacks the same welcoming attitude. It's disappointing to see such a drop in quality I truly believe letting go of the previous manager was a mistake . It's so sad that corporate let go of such a dedicated hard worker I hope management takes steps to improve the facility and customer service. The previous manager was the reason I stayed I will no longer store with Public Storage this company is so rapacious the district managers are even worse .so unprofessional. David was absolutely amazing! We had stored some of my mother's belongings at this storage after her passing. It was so hard to return to Jupiter to collect her belongings. It had been 7 years since I had been back to Jupiter and did not realize how difficult it would be. David was so helpful, kind and supportive. These qualities are not easy to find in an employee during these times! I truly appreciate David and would highly recommend this storage. The property was clean and the storage was just as I had left it 7 years ago. David was unavailable when I finally checked out; however, the manager was just as kind and helpful as David! If I could post less than one star I would. We were willing to pay more money for this location than the other locations simply because it felt like our stuff would be safer closer to home. Unfortunately as I cleaned out my storage today after being overcharged for two years, and let me include that they raised the price of months ago without advising us first, 70% of my stuff was destroyed, and the rest was filthy almost beyond restoring. Apparently in February, the roofs were worked on in our storage aisle and rather than advising us, and perhaps offering another unit for that time period, the roof was torn off, our belongings were exposed to precipitation and nails and rust covered everything in the unit. When I advised them of this, no apology or compensation was offered whatsoever. Just a woman at the front desk who simply couldn't be bothered long enough to put her cellphone down and hop off of Facebook to hear me out. She handed me a pamphlet and told me to call the toll free number. The toll free number advised me to contact the office and ask them to accompany me to take photos of the items destroyed. We arrived today to another front desk associate who seemed annoyed by the customer in front of us, then of course us as well. We took photos and will try to follow up on our own. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience and some of our family heirlooms and other valuable belongings will not be replaceable. Awful. Save the money, and go somewhere who will provide the service you deserve as a consumer. read more

Quick friendly and informative check-in. I had rented here before and had a good laugh with the gal in the office as I said, "you must get a lot of good divorce stories in here." As I've become acquainted with their facilities after 2 failed marriages! I've always felt Public Storage offers the best options and pricing for my needs. Now I'm moving because I want to and honestly I could have hired movers, but I felt like having a storage unit close to my home would be a better option so I can move at my own pace. read more

Thank you, thank you to the awesome employees who were so helpful and kind here. The need to get a storage unit can often be the result of a stressful time- moving, selling a house, needing to make space. Making decisions around storing one's valuables or essentials- it's kind of vulnerable! It's easy to become overwhelmed when you must decide things like . . . will all my stuff fit in here?! This Jupiter Public Storage location is clean and well-kept. For better or worse, I saw lots of (humane) rat traps but no bugs or rats. My family and I purchased- at first- a smallish air-conditioned unit. I never actually saw another person in the building- ever?! We ended up having to purchase additional units to fit everything, when push came to shove. Thanks again to the lovely employees! read more

It's ok. Average storage. Pretty secure, No electricity or light inside, ok for storing something that doesn't mold easily.

Rented a 5x10 climate controlled storage unit this week. The service at the facility was outstanding - including viewing the unit, selecting boxes and packing material, explaining the security, creating an account using the Public Storage App, etc. We felt extremely confident that our storage items were in good hands. read more

I just got a notice that my monthly storage rate for the space I rent at this location increased 26%!. This is a huge and unreasonable increase. My rental started in October. Inflation is less than 3% plus nobody I know got a wage increase of 26%. I talked to the District Manager, Ms. Castro. She stated the rate increase was based on the current market price for my space. She also stated rate increases at Public Storage can go up to 40%. I will not use Public Storage to store my goods anymore given their unreasonable price increase policy. I recommend no one else use Public Storage either as their pricing policy is unacceptable to any clear minded person. They are clearly taking unfair advantage of the public; and they know it. read more

This place is disgusting. I went to my storage unit and found that half of the roof had fallen on all of my belongings. It was like a huge layer of dust on everything with all kinds of different screws and particles of wood. Not only that there were mouse droppings on top of all the boxes. In addition the place is infested with roaches. None of the units are sealed and you can see at the top access to the units adjacent. Gross gross!!!!!!! read more

Great storage facility! Everyone there is so friendly (Kyle and Kat in particular) and were very patient with me. I am storing furniture long term so I made a couple trips to see the unit as I wanted to be certain it was cool enough and clean enough. Did not disappoint! Everyone will agree that moving is stressful. Thanks to your representative Tim, for making my move less crazy. I came in to inquire about possibly renting a unit. Tim showed me the different sizes and prices. The units are clean, with a myriad of choices. When I figure out how much space I need, I'll be back. I've used a few storage facilities in my time. The staff at this Jupiter location are professional and courteous. However, this is a 'chain'. Public storage did notify when roof work was going to be done, but they should have provided the option for tenants to cover there items. The doors were also painted and I assume pressure washed before painting.I also had tremendous dirt (as previous person wrote) and dust on my things including sentimental paintings. Then to top this off, the rent was raised $30 more a month after 6 months. I will be removing my things this month. There are better facilities than Public storage and your rent might still be raised, but after 1 year. read more

Friendly and helpful staff with clean storage units and a really convenient location (all of units are drive-up and on the a ground floor). The only thing I didn't know when I booked was that there was a mandatory $11 insurance fee you have to pay monthly, so what looks like a cheaper unit really isn't as cheap. I wish I would have know that prior to booking but otherwise, this place is great. I'm glad I ended up booking there anyways. read more

Staff is very rude/unfriendly and could care less if you rent from them or not!! Manager is quite rude also and seems to have same lack of care for customer service. Calling corporate wont get you far either so I suggest going somewhere else... ANYWHERE else! read more
