She's an AT&T customer. The two guys there were extremely nice and professional, and were nice to my daughter too. Made me wish I got the watch from them and not at Target in Marsh Landing where they were immensely unfriendly. They took down my number and offered to call me when the updates finished installing. No good deed... I had dad on my phone plan and he decided to change phone carriers without letting…read moreme or John know. I had gotten a notification that my account had changes and I knew it was either dad or my son (on the other side of the country). Due to the time of day- I was pretty sure it was dad. Well- he managed to lock me of my account. I had a pin (the same one for 12 years) that had been rendered useless. I couldn't get any help online and the website advised me to go to a local store with my id. I was more than slightly irritated. BUT- the man at the store was very helpful- he found that my pin was in fact deactivated and was done when dad left the plan, the other carrier basically screwed up my account- thanks Verizon. After confirming some details and coming up with a new pin, we were on our way. John suggested I pay my bill early- but there is a fee for in store payment and it's free online- so, I opted for free. I am grateful for the assist, I wish I could have taken care of it online though. *Not all stores are created equal- I have used this location in the past and I have gotten good service here.
