This by far has been the worst AT&T customer service experience I have ever received…read more The employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. 4employees were discussing getting high and doing drugs and cursing very loudly during my checkout experience. As a woman just trying to purchase a phone for my daughter, I feel so very uncomfortable with the employees in this store. Unfortunately, we were the only customers in the store - our associate was watching sports and laughing with his coworkers all while "helping" us out. He did not explain my options. He did not even tell us his name. He was very rude and his manager seemed to except and perpetuate the behavior of the employees. This experience has made me reconsider renewing my contract with AT&T. I know that AT&T as a company will likely not care about this experience however I advise all of you to drive to a different location and do not come to this store.
