I took it back 4 days later and was told we won't take it back and to drive another 30 minutes to another store where they took it back. That's only the beginning I started getting charged 55.00 A month for 2 months on credit card.I called and they said they would take care of it. I called again two weeks later and they said it would be taken care of I called again and sorry.it would be taken care of and today I get a collections notice for 110.00 pm I called again and asked to speak to manage and got no satisfaction. I just filed a complaint with the Attorney General Office to have this removed from my credit report. I will never go near a t Mobile office again.

Two months later, it still hadn't been touched. At the time he was collecting $30 'diagnostic fees' from people but not doing any work. You were lucky if you could ever find the shop open.
