My son was pretty nervous but relaxed right away with their kid friendly environment. Both of my kids saw Dr Andrew and also discussed my concerns with their tongue and lip ties. After the appointment was finished we were told we owed several hundred dollars. We asked why that was and then told it was an out of network service. Come to find out the Smile Shoppe is most certainly in-network to our insurance but the dentist that performed the services is an out of network provider for our insurance. So please be very careful with this place. While we were there waiting I watched them inform two other families of large amounts that were unexpectedly due and I have a feeling they are doing this to anyone they can. That is a lack of integrity and very unprofessional. We will not be going back!!

The staff had a horrible attitude then they…read moregot pissed off because I wouldn't do the pictures the way they wanted to and so they decided to make me sit there with my three year-old crying the whole time for 45 minutes before the dentist came in and told me that they didn't think it was a good fit and kicked me out.
