We were excited to come and experience sprouts dental office for my son . This Dental office is state of the art. Starting with online scheduling, a personal account will be created after. This is so convenient. They are located in a newer building with other offices , you will be greeted by the front desk and your kids name is posted with a welcome note shared with the kiddos that day. First time patients will need to sign personal-and financial information in an Apple tablet ( you can do this before hand) . They have lots of interesting toys so the kids will be excited to see the dentist and clean . Dr Park is so nice to take time to kinda. Explain what he is going to do to my 3 years old, they even gave choice of what toothpaste they can use. And of course the Tv with bunch of selection from Netflix and you tube while they are lying down and being treated. Dr Park made sure that my son had a great first time experience seeing a dentist- he is conscientious , no forcing to overly done what needed to fix. And of course after the treatment - Marissa is so sweet to let the kids choose their prizes . They also gave goodie bag with toothpaste toothbrush. Overall great choice and a great Pediatric Dentist. I have taken both my girls (3yrs,6yrs) to Dr. Park twice now and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish for both visits. The office itself is very welcoming with waiting room with toys for the little ones. Dr. Park is absolutely wonderful! He has a way with kids that's both gentle and engaging. He explained everything to the girls in a way they could understand, and both felt confident throughout their exams. Also they have so many cool flavors of "toothpaste" to choose from including s'more! (I wish my dentist had a s'more flavor toothpaste!) Dr. Park also took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. Overall, our visit to Sprout Pediatric Dentistry was a positive experience for the whole family. My 3 year old gets excited whenever we drive past the clinic and asks when her next checkup is! My newborn baby got a laser frenectomy done by Dr. Park on his top lip and tongue at 3.5 weeks old and I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!! My baby was tongue tied and had problems latching, clicking noise while breastfeeding, milk spilling out from the side from bottle, and being frustrated/crying when feeding. After researching, I wanted to get a laser frenectomy done because there seemed like there was less of a chance of it reattaching than cutting. We were lucky to find Dr Park. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, very caring, and thorough in explaining and answering all our questions! The office is so clean, his staff is also so friendly and there's parking right in front! We got the consultation and procedure done on the same day. The procedure was very quick and I was able to breastfeed right after to soothe him. We followed Dr Park's directions on massaging so it wouldn't reattach and we didn't have a problem! We had follow up appointments after and Dr Park was sooo supporting and was personally available through text and told us to text him with any question or concerns. All of my kids have been seeing Dr. Pack for 8 years. We've pretty much followed her through the different practices over the years, until she finally opened her own! We drive out from Pasadena because the kids love her. She has excellent bedside manner, super gentle with the kids (won't push for interventions unnecessarily), and appreciate that she usually gives different options for treatment that is individualized for each kid's personality. So happy to have found this dentistry, yesterday was our second visit and we were very satisfied with our experience both times. First off the atmosphere is comforting and kid friendly with wooden toys and prizes in the waiting area, my children were actually excited to step into this dentistry. My 3 year old son usually gets super nervous/scared whenever we go to the doctor's so I was very nervous for him to go see a dentist. Dr. Jessica welcomed my son as soon as we stepped into the office and gave him dentist toys to get him used to the equipment. He started warming up and finally sat on the chair. Everything was so clean and the space felt really open. There were TVs on the ceiling which distracted my son well. Dr. Jessica first explained and then gently tried the equipment on my son's hand before trying it on his teeth. She waited until he was ready, which I thought was so thoughtful and patient of her. My son actually let her clean half of his teeth before he started tearing up, which was WAY more than I expected. The rest of the teeth, he let her clean with a special toothbrush. As a first time mom bringing my 2 year old son to the dentist was so nerve wracking but Sprout Pediatric Dentistry made his first visit better than I'd expected! They had fun toys and a lot of space for him. They allowed my son to walk around and check out the office, the chairs and they did a show and tell with him. He never lets me brush his teeth but after Dr Park saw him he runs to grab his toothbrush before bed time. Dr Park also educated me on my son's oral hygiene without shaming me or making me feel guilty about my son not letting me brush his teeth. He even gave me tips on how to get him to brush. The office is clean, very modern (but still kid friendly) and bright ! They even allowed me to sit in the chair with my son so he feels more comfortable, they never pressured him, they only did what he was comfortable with but still getting everything he needed done.
