I just went to see Doctor Nashed for the first time this week. First of all when I arrived the parking was right next to the office and plenty of spaces. Which is nice lol. I really felt welcomed by Ana D when I signed in. The place is very nice and I was comfortable in my short wait. Doctor Nashed was very nice and he made me comfortable immediately. He explained everything that was going on in my big trap and was thoughtful and assuring. I needed that after not going for 2 years!! I really love this place and highly recommend it. Oh, I almost forgot, Ana D at the front desk did soo much for me with insurance and all kinds of nonsense. She is a queen. Communication was fantastic (via text which I prefer). All in all a fantastic dentist office and staff. read more

Don't waste your money here for braces! This is a dentist who does ortho on the side and doesn't know what he's doing! My son has had his braces for 5 plus years and they are still not done! They try to blame you for the process too. Saying we missed a couple appointments over the year does not justify 5 years of braces. Then they tried to blame my kid for "Tongue thrusting" (pushing his teeth forward- and even referred my 17 yr old to have lingual frenectomy!! I said absolutely not, finally at the 5th year they said they have to pull out teeth to make space!?? Why couldn't we have done this from the beginning?!? Honestly this guy doesn't know what he's doing and if you dare question him on procedures he's about to perform on YOUR CHILD, he's rude and very condescending, don't bring your kids here. I don't understand how this place has any stars. My son has had an 11am appointment. It is now 12:30 and STILL WAITING What is the point of having an appointment? Their excuse was that they do not know how long the procedures on the patients before are gonna take. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??? why make appointments then Receptionist ladies are no help. They just sit there looking dumbfounded. I've never had to be so rude on a post. Looks nice But service is horrible. read more

We are distraught.... The Doctor nor the assistant let us know i would have teeth filed before treatment is complete.... I am beside myself, what can be done now? He messed up royaly.... he said he doesn't remember asking .... he did NOT because I would have said a BIG NO! Teeth are already sensitive and would not ever have them filed. OMG this is a very sad case as you can never grow teeth back again, or have enamel back. Disgusting and feeling disgusted. On another note: this is second time having braces, I was told 1-2 yrs ....I'm in YEAR 3! I just saw 2 board certified orthodontist and they said WOW, can't believe my mouth is a complete mess! None of my teeth are aligned and front all crooked and bucked forward like buck teeth nothing even. Today I'm is having them removed, they were improperly placed and have gum disease and now will need jaw surgery and reapplication of Braces to fix what Nasheed has done. The office staff are all incredibly nice & patient. They walked me through the procedure my son had the whole time. The anesthesiologist my son had was very nice and made both him and myself feel comfortable even though he was only 3 years old he had no fear. The dentist updated us right away when he was finished. REEFUSING TO GIVE ME MY RECORDS!!!! This "establishment" is now witholding my own records from me. I have found a new and legitimate board-certified Orthodontist to fix what this quack has really screwed up, and my new Orthodontist has asked me for my files WHICH NASHED IS NOW REFUSING TO GIVE ME. I have been calling and emailing and it has been days, I have now spoken with "Ana" over the phone who was extremely rude and she basically told me that none of the office people there can send me MY records. I am leaving a 2 star rating for now as this is a ongoing process. Upon our friend's recommendation, we took our autistic daughter Alexis to see Dr Nashed in December. Since she is non-verbal autistic and could not understand any instructions, not to mention tolerating any procedure, we asked for general anesthesia. We mentioned that we have Delta Dental PPO and the front office immediately told us that the insurance would not cover anesthesia. On the day of the procedure, we paid cash ($2000) for genera anesthesia and over $500 copay (out of $3500) for x-ray, 3 wisdom teeth removal, and cleaning and for over 10 "kissing cavity fillings: Everything was rushed because of the anesthesia. Were all the fillings necessary? We do not know and guess we will have to trust the dentist. We asked to see the x-ray pictures of the cavities but the request was not met. We did see the X-rays of the 2 of the impacted wisdom teeth. What is ongoing is that we talked to our insurance and they told us that they would cover general anesthesia. We called and emailed the office to ask them to submit the claim for anesthesia along with all other procedures. They sent the claims for X-ray, cleaning and fillings but not anesthesia. Dr Elmasri from Elite Sedation who performed anesthesia would not help submit the claim either. Now we are trying to submit the claim ourselves and just sent an email to the office for the dentists' signatures and NPI numbers and other information. Let's see if we get a response. read more

Horrible!!! Feeling completely violated. I specifically asked the technician to let me know what procedure was needed before they did anything to my daughter. He said they were going to do xrays and an exam then let me know. After about 15 minutes, her Dad went to check on her and they had already proceeded with laughing gas and drilling of her mouth....without our consent. Without letting us know what was going to be done. I'm beyond furious! When my daughter was finished, we were sent away with her mouth overflowing with blood. I had to walk back inside and ask for gauze. Avoid this place like the plague. So so wrong. What ever happened to informed consent? read more

I thought this place was great until my kids needed dental work. They said insurance covered nothing & were charging us full price for their services & were pressuring us to set up an appointment date. We didn't make the appointment and instead got a second opinion from another dentist and what do you know, my insurance covers 80%. Please be careful when coming here and please get a second opinion elsewhere, also keep in mind if you children have cavities they will question your parenting & make you feel horrible. read more
