Customer service seems to be a bit sketchy. I phoned on 25MAY2026, regard an in store pickup order. I was ensured it would be handled, but it wasn't. I stopped into the store to check into the issue and the gentleman assisting me didn't quite seem to know the process or procedure. Upon waiting a few minutes, an African American woman approached and without hesitation she interjected herself into the conversation. She was very bold with her words and didn't seem to try to escalate at all, in fact she made everything much worse. Be careful buying the seafood at Sprouts. I purchased salmon and it was spoiled, and not just spoil but really spoiled. I know the person wrapping it knew it. When I got home and unwrapped the salmon smelled awful. I immediately returned it to Sprouts in the original packing and forgot my receipt. We love the choices and the sweets! We came in for a couple of items for dinner and spent $100. But, everything is ALWAYS worth the cost. Peanut Brittle. Chocolate covered candies. Things for home-made subs and before we had purchased Gyro kits and built our own at home. I am so pleased to leave this review. I moved here 5 years ago and every time I would come in to buy produce, it was hit or miss. In the past couple of months, the produce has been top notch. I spoke with the manager and they have made some big changes for the better. Bob and Kaitlyn are doing an amazing job making sure that the shelves are stocked and the produce is fresh. They are both very approachable and are always willing to place special orders or check the back for an item when asked. Sprouts is a place that often pops up in places that lack the better known Whole Foods and Trader Joes. But honestly, to me it doesn't seem like you're missing a whole lot. This place has a great selection; while I did roll my eyes at the "healthy deals" on potato chips (don't get me wrong, they're delicious, just not healthy). Their produce selection was fresher than Fresh Market. And while this isn't quite as fancy, it's an airy and clean store. They have some house brands, but one finds a lot of good quality options for organic foods, and it's quite good for special dietary needs. Needing as I do some plant-based protein, I found house brand fried fava bean snacks, some quality tofu on sale, and also on sale some of the best protein shake elixir things that you'd get at any high-end food market. They charged me ten cents a bag when I had neglected to bring my own (numerous) reusable ones, which is about the worst I can say of them. And they were extra sturdy bags. read more

Second reason why I'm never going to shop here again is because I bought two body wash's that were buy one get one free. The cashier ran up three when I only had two. I went back in so she could return my money. Well the body wash's were 10 dollars and she only gave me $5 dollars back. I always feel it to be of great importance to mention when a business has continued to operate at a high level of excellence. I also feel it vital to occasionally update reviews so that when someone peruses a Yelp business page they do not think my last visit there was years ago. But in this case, I also have a couple of additional insights to add to my experiences. Sprouts is consistent; whether that be in produce, cheeses, natural deodorant, or angus beef. They are top notch every time I walk in. The team has always been made up of some of the friendliest and courteous individuals. But here are my new discoveries. First up, Matcha. For those who don't know or for those who swear by coffee, just hear me out. This is the upper echelon of green tea. You get the entire tea leaf, in powderized form, and so many health benefits that I don't want to take up your reading time to list them all. Just know this; I got on the Matcha train a year ago and went searching for the best of the best. You can guess where I found it. There are a few options offered and the one I favor is always in stock and produces amazing results. Also, beard oil. With the option of growing my beard back out (due to my current work and life status), I knew an immediate need would be oil to keep it from itching my cheeks off. It is also a nice aroma as compared to the food particles or stale beer droplets that may find themselves amongst the facial shrubbery. Again, I found myself here with a few options that are all organic, vegan, and amazing scents to boot. So whether you're in search of mead or supplements, jackfruit or cold brew coffee, vegan ice cream or flavored coffee this is the place for you. And as I mentioned before, the center is waist level so it feels open and more like a local market. Sidenote: Walk towards the restrooms (all the way in the back and to the right) to find the clearance section. Great finds there. read more

Sprouts reminds me of a small town grocery where everyone is friendly and everyone knows your name. I went to look around and see what all they had to offer. The store was very clean from top to bottom and everything was in its respective place. You could actually see the entire store when you walk in. Two things stood out. The fruit looked magnificent and some of the prices. I am a cost conscious shopper and I always compare prices. Take for example: My FAVORITE orange juice is Uncle Matt's at Kroger it's 4.99, they had it priced at $7.59! I was in disbelief. This place gets 5 stars for service. The other day I was looking for a product advertised on their website but I couldn't find the item. When I asked an employee for help they said that's a new product and we haven't unpacked it yet. The employee then went to ask a manager to unpack the item just for me. On another occasion I had a product question and sent a message to the corporate store. A sprouts representative responded within 24 hours and exchanged several messages with me in order to fully answer my question. What great service! Sprouts loses 1 star for price. The prices are extremely high especially in the prepared and bakery section. The prepared food is good but I don't think the quality in these sections is better than a normal store. You should definitely give this place a try if you like great service, looking for unique items, or don't mind and have the income to pay for fresh items. read more

This place has horrible customer service, management John and Tim were not helpful. The head Cashier was rude. There was a cashier yelling at another employee from across the building. I noticed there was mold on the cashier counters. The wet wall was a mess, the bathrooms were horrible with toilet paper everywhere and only one stall open due to one being clogged. The deli and meat departments floors always look greasy. It honestly smells ... they have some good varieties of products but not worth the trip. read more

After discovering this store I was thrilled to be able to find things there that I have not been able to find anywhere else in the area, certain mushrooms especially. My first order consisted of five different types of mushrooms plus a few other things just to round it out all the mushrooms came in absolutely beautifully fresh gorgeous couldn't wait to eat them. Fast forward to this week which is a few months past the first order I ordered a few of the same mushrooms Plus some produce. Well the mushrooms look like they were 20 years old two of the pieces of produce that I ordered one was rotted one was not they were out of two of the things that were on the order but that didn't surprise me everybody seems to be out of everything right now I think people think it's the end of the world or something. They were nice they gave me a refund but I am so disappointed finally find a place to acquire these mushrooms and this is what I get the second time I'm not sure I will take the chance again considering delivery fees Etc are not refundable and I had to leave the tip cuz the young man came a long way to bring it to me. Glad to see there's a Sprouts in Augusta. I had a really good experience at this store when I needed to grind my coffee beans fr Starbucks. I had received a pound of Dark Roast Coffee fr Starbucks as a gift and when I called the local Starbucks to ask if they would grind it for me, they said they couldn't because of COVID-- this made no sense to me & I was a lil irritated that they wouldn't grind it. Moving on. I called the Sprouts & was kindly advised that I can grind the coffee beans there (they have 2, one for non-flavored beans & flavored beans). I'm so grateful this store had come to town. There's a high level of standards Sprouts has for their veggies, meats and organic health items that I just don't see at Kroger, Publix or Earth Fare. I love the variety of fresh produce and isn't it sad this is the first place I've seen with broccolini? I had to explain to a woman what it was and gave her a quick and simple recipe for broccolini pasta. The crowds are the major downfall at the moment but that's a tiny price to pay for the novelty of a new experience. This Sprouts is bigger and the aisles are tighter than the other locations but it may be because they've squeezed so much in here. Pros: 1. 100+ produce items 2. Grass fed meat counter 3. Hard to find organic frozen items 4. Large variety of bulk coffees, nuts, granola, oats and candy 5. Fresh baked muffins, breads and sweets 6. Fresh squeezed juices 7. Salad bar (woo hoo!) 8. Sale prices are really impressive. 9. The receipts save paper by printing on the front and back Cons: 1. Not too many nationally recognized brands but plenty of organic ones 2. The produce is amazing! I could spend hours walking around finding great foods -- something for every dietary need -- vegan, keto, gluten free, organic and more. It's 45 minutes from my house, but I take advantage whenever I'm in the area. Lots of choices in every area. I splurged on muffins this time. Delicious. I love Sprout. It's not a large market but it has just enough of what you need. The deli options are fresh and pretty delicious. I love the salad bar and that I can just make my own and check out. I like the store exclusive finds also. The location is easily accessible and perfectly located. I love that I can just leave work and pick up some pretty healthy prepared options. It's more expensive than the large chain grocers but equal to markets just like it. They allow service dogs. They prohibit camera use and I'm not sure why. It's not a big deal but I didn't care much to ask why. I see myself as a regular here because I admit, I'm a little store "bougie". Don't judge me. read more

I always shop at sprouts and never had any issues buying or replacing and item for the same thing because of getting the wrong one by mistake and if I didn't have a receipt, like other places they would either replace it for the right one or give me a gift card to get what I need. Well all good until now, the new nightshift manager was not sympathetic or friendly and refused to give me store card to replace the item inssisting I need a receipt or nothing,. She is not friendly never smiles and not helpful. I had to go and get what I needed at Target instead of getting it at sprouts. I spend up to 100 dollars each time I go there and to be treated that way is not right. I am sure many other customers had that same experience with that person. They make they some of the best bacon and spicy chicken sausage we've ever tasted. They have a discount rack in the back where that we scan every visit and sometimes score some great food that we likely wouldn't have discovered if we had to pay full price. Staff is very friendly and Mirin is right next door which we like to hit up for lunch. We find it less expensive for similar items compared to Fresh Market. read more
