Yes, you might call them that, but let's be real -- they're enablers. All kidding aside, there are cheery workers who stand at the ready to make your shopping experience everything you need it to be. Needless to say, the store is well stocked. It's quiet enough that you can focus, but busy enough that you'll probably make a temporary friend. Totally comfortable. Now, you KNOW you're going to find something you MUST have. I always do. This time, it was charcuterie tools and baking ramekins. How have I done without those ramekins for this long? I must now do some creme brûlées, right? Or, baked puddings, individual bread puddings, or baby cheesecakes ... yeah, sorry; I got carried away. They have pre selected packages that you can order from or you can order a la carte style and stock as many pounds of wings as you want. The bone in Ribeye and the Peppered Bacon are my guilty pleasures! That peppered bacon is about $12 per lb but OMG is it worth every penny! I let my wife know "this is my bacon, not a sharing bacon. However, if you want some bacon I'll buy you a pound that we can share" i think thats a fair thought!!

Grade-wise it has to be at least a choice cut and when comparing to Costco, it is almost half the cost. The steaks were A-ok with a quick pan sear on both sides and for the cost it's hard to beat. I'll definitely return to try some if their other items like lamb/goat or for a reliable beef steak any day of the week. Highly recommend stopping by here if you want quality meat at excellent prices.
