Been shopping at Sprouts for years and always have a great experience. Last night was exceptional when I met Eugene stocking shelves. The conversation started off with him offering to help me find anything I was looking for and then it turned into a full-blown conversation. Surprisingly, we had a lot in common. What seemed to be a random conversation, transformed into newfound friendship. It was a refreshing connection in a world of sterile customer service. Perfect example of going over the top to connect with customers and reminding us all that we are guided by a force much greater than us all. Tip of the hat to Sprouts and their employee selection. This place is amazing! So many new healthy options, one of my favorites being the 100% Pure Tangerine Juice! I moved to TN from Florida, where I would frequent Sprouts in Valrico/Tampa area; I stopped by this location for my first sprouts trip in TN and was severely disappointed. The store itself is great, love the selection, vegan options and fresh ready made options. The issue came at checkout and then what followed. I had my two children with me, one is an infant and the other is almost two, my two year old was insisting on walking but I was telling her no, she kept saying 'waaaalllking' She was hungry and cranky. She also sat in a shopping basket which I put back in place after I got her out. Apparently this made the cashier Dakota feel entitled to disrespect me. He literally did not say one word to me or even make eye contact. I was waiting on the eye contact to do that awkward parent apology even though myself and my daughter did nothing wrong. But he was too busy deep sighing, rolling his eyes and cracking his neck; looking over at his coworkers who were also working the registers and smirking / snickering. The person in front of me was greeted and treated with respect, the person behind me greeted and treated with respect. I was extremely uncomfortable, had the inclination to say something myself but I had more important priorities at the time like getting my daughter fed and tending to her emotions. I decided to call the store manager and explain the situation to him, as I think someone who behaves as Dakota (and his coworker who decided to laugh and visibly judge along with him) should not be working customer service if they can not even contain their demeanor while at the job. If you choose to be judgmental, disrespectful and bitter; you are unfortunately allowed to do so. But you shouldn't be allowed to do so while on the clock working a customer service job. I THOUGHT the store manager was empathetic and understanding, I explained what just transpired and told him I was currently in the dining section , and thought he should know. He said it's absolutely unacceptable and he himself has 4 children so he understands. I was like, oh good so you get it. I was so embarrassed and I just felt so judged and that's the first time that has ever happened to me with my children. He seemed nice. Until I followed up with corporate and discovered that store manager lied. He told them he came and talked to me in person and offered me a gift card, asking them to close out the claim. He did not. Neither of those things did he do, I was trying to find the name of the store manager online to include in this and I was unable to. However; I did see numerous reviews on disrespectful cashiers / workers and other negative experiences. I feel very disrespected not only that the initial incident happened, but also that the store manager played both sides pretending to care and empathize just to lie to corporate and try and make this go away. I'm disappointed the manager can't be trusted , that's literally his job to manage and resolve . The sprouts website and company as a whole speaks on giving back to schools , learning , enriching children ; yet I was discriminated against, disrespected and lied to and about for deciding to shop at this sprouts with my children. The past three or four times I have been at the store during my lunch hour, there are lines going down the aisles. I just watched as two cashiers closed leaving one cashier open for the entire store. There were about four employees standing in the front either on their break or sweeping when there is one person ringing up everybody. At one point this young man who was obviously trying to hurry and ring me up, had to call for support. I'm not sure if it's a management issue that makes a quick trip to the store a lot longer than necessary. read more

Absolutely love the choices. They have with their coffee and what you can do with it as far as grinding it up to your choice. Having the flavored coffee is a nice thing. And all their food is very fresh that you can take out the door and eat right away. read more

He's rude , makes people standing there feel like they are not seen ! I used to do most of the grocery shopping for my household. Now I rarely do the shopping, because my wife discovered Sprouts and now she wants to do the shopping. I get it. -Produce: their full name is Sprouts Farmers Market and the produce selection reflects that. I especially like that they have leafy greens at lower prices and more consistently than other nearby stores. I need my leafy greens! The fruits are great too. -Bulk foods: lower priced than other organic and natural options and greater selection than mainstream grocery stores nearby -Frozen foods: good selection of staples like frozen fruit and pizzas. They offered have great frozen foods deals too. -Prepared foods: Wednesday and select promotional periods they have $5 sushi rolls. Soups and their meal deals are good too. -Everything else: good selection of teas, coffees, and snacks. Service is friendly - they've even gone through the store looking for me when I asked if they had more of something in the back. Returns are hassle-free and processed at the same registers where you buy your food, so it saves a step. Sprouts has a smaller footprint than most of its competitors, yet fills a niche for those seeking a good selection of fresh produce and healthy foods at good prices. It's not a place to go for bulk household goods, prescription drugs, or seasonal merchandise. Prices are surprisingly good and much better than the competitor known as Whole Paycheck. read more

MOUSE TRAPS EVERYWHERE AND DEROGATORY ABUSIVE EMPLOYEE ENCOUNTER: I spend a lot of money on a regular basis at the Sprouts in Franklin TN off 96 Murfreesboro Road and have done so for years...It was on Sat. Feb 4th 2023 at 3:35 pm. when I walked in... another customer and I noticed and were talking about how there's mouse traps strewn all over the entryways at the store and how creeped out we were by it. But that was not the deal breaker. Read on. I will NEVER shop here again nor will I encourage my friends to, and you can thank your store personnel for that. I was there today and asked a store employee who was bringing in carts (in the entryway closest to the paint store)...(he was a man and had on an orange safety vest)... why there are mouse traps everywhere in the entry ways. He rolled his eyes, and huffed sarcastically, "BE BLESSED MA'AM! YOU JUST HAVE A BLESSED DAY!" and he literally just walked right past me. He completely did not acknowledge my concern or question at all. I asked further (very nicely I might add) ..."Couldn't the store at least hide them so customers don't have to see them?" He again huffed with great sarcasm, "HAVE A BLESSED DAY!" Then he said, "BYE!"...as he waved me off with his hand, his back turned away from me, and walked away. I'm done. There's too much great retail in Franklin and better (more KIND) employees providing better customer service to put up with that kind of abusive derogatory behavior from employees or store management, and from a supposedly high end store. There's nothing at this Sprouts store that any customer can't get anywhere else...all is easily bought online at Amazon, Trader Joe's, or at Whole Foods. Plus being greeted by mouse traps all over the entry inside the store is GROSS. They put them right where the drink machines, shopping carts, and displays of food items are. You may as well put up signs that say WE HAVE TONS OF MICE AND THEY ARE CLIMBING ALL OVER YOUR SHOPPING CARTS. They advertise selling products that are kind to your body. But the people they employ at their store don't even know how to be kind to PEOPLE. All done. read more

I love sprouts and shop here often. Unfortunately...Sprouts WILL NOT honor a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. The store manager informed me there are no exceptions. This is apparently a store policy as Williamson County has lifted the mandate. I'm very disappointed I won't be able to shop here any longer. read more

My first experience with Sprouts Farmers Market was in Huntsville last year. I was happy to see that Franklin recently got one. I'm hoping that they build one a little closer to Nashville, but this location is nice for now. We made a trip down one night to pick up some higher % butter. My boyfriend is a food blogger & they supposedly have special butter that isn't sold in regular grocery stores. Sprouts is located in a strip mall with ample parking. I'd say the size of this place is about 1/3 the size of a regular grocery store. My best comparison to this place is a cross between Whole Foods/Trader Joes & a regular grocery store. They've got rare items, but the prices aren't as high as a place like Whole Foods. Fresh fruit, meats, nuts & boxed items. You can measure out seasonings into little bags, which is nice if you need just a dash of something. We found the butter we were needing, 85% butter as opposed to 80% butter. Next time we are in the area, we will do a little more shopping, but it was near closing time & we didn't want to hold up the staff. read more

I loved visiting Sprouts with my sister in Arizona, so I couldn't wait to get into the new store in Franklin! While I missed the preview event, I went on the first day they opened in the old Stein Mart location. I love how the whole strip mall has been upgraded. The parking lot is small and tight, and a few spots at the back are parallel parking! But I didn't have trouble finding a spot, even on opening day. As can be expected with any new place in Franklin, it was packed. Maneuvering around people was tough, because the footprint of the store is fairly small. But I still enjoyed shopping there! I loved the availability of tons of fresh produce, baked goods, and meats, but still having access to brands I like to frequent. They also have a ton of trendy superfoods, gluten free fare, sprouted breads, and more. I really liked their pre-stuffed chicken breasts, a great way to solve "What's for dinner?" quickly. The entire staff was super friendly and excited for the opening. I'm not sure for how long, but I got a free reusable bag at checkout since the place is new, AND for being the 20th person through one of the registers got a coupon booklet to boot. I was able to use Apple Pay too, a bonus to me. It is a small enough store that I feel like I might frequent it more than Whole Foods, because prices are better and it won't take me as long to get through. Overall, I am very excited to Sprouts. My only complaint was it was the tight parking lot turns, and the slow movement through the store as everyone was browsing and stopping all over. I bet the latter won't be an issue once people start shopping regularly, versus just checking it what is new. read more

I needed bulk veggies for my restaurant like you would normally only find at a farmer's market. I had seen Sprouts in other cities but never been inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find the bulk veggies I was looking for & so much more. Imagine a more accessible Whole Foods with lower prices & the same great surprises like an awesome bakery, gourmet coffee, etc. There were some reviews written by obvious Karens about mask wearing but that only made me like them more. This was last Fall for my first visit. read more

The food at Sprouts is okay, just like Whole Foods. In regards to customer service, I would recommend that after customers pay for their groceries the cashier should always help each customer with their bags by putting each bag in the grocery cart before one departs (like at other chain grocery stores). I've visited this store/location on 3 occasions and each time I've put my own grocery bags in my cart and often thought to myself that one of these days I'm going to forget something. This evening while in the store purchasing a few items, I went through the check out line and paid for my things. After I gathered my bags I accidentally picked up someone else's grocery bag by mistake. This could have been easily avoided if the cashier would have assisted me before rushing off to the next customer in line. The cashier also had a rude attitude when I asked him about another bag that I thought was mine. I was really bothered by the incident because the person's bag that I took (by mistake) chased me down in the parking lot as if I took it on purpose. Once again, this unfortunate situation could have been easily avoided if the cashier was more helpful with the customer in front of me and if he had helped me with my groceries. So after I got in my car and drove off, I decided to call the store and tell the manager about the cashier's lack of helpfulness. The manager somewhat apologized for my bad experience however the damage had already been done. Please note, I didn't mention what happened in the parking lot because I was still too upset and couldn't talk about it at the time. Nevertheless, it was important to write my review and express my disappointment/concern. Moral of this story, honor and respect all customers and treat others the way you'd like to be treated. The deli guy finally helped me after he was directed to by his manager. He said he ran out of my requested deli ... then found it after searching again. He didn't seem inspired to help. I waited in a long line that pushed back almost to produce. After patiently waiting in line ... I hit the "cash back" selection. To my surprise the cashier snapped & raised her voice to announce that I couldn't ask for cash back. Completely fine. Perhaps she was stressed with the long line. Had she taken a second to place sign or verbally announce the "no cash back" would have been acceptable. This Sprouts used to be my "go to". I'll head to Kroger in my future and avoid this place when able. The staff has seemed to go down hill. Perhaps a lack of staff and proper management. read more

My over a decade health journey has taken a new turn after having met Kathleen. I visited the store a few months ago after having blood work done at a nearby facility. I stumbled into Kathleen at the supplement department and was completely blown away by the depth of her knowledge about health and supplements, as well as her genuine desire to help people. Kathleen's simple and yet basic suggestions addressed my health issues at the core. I knew I had found my "health coach". Since then, I have become a regular customer at Sprouts, though I visit the store on weekends only during Kathleen's work hours--just like other customers who shop at Sprouts because of Kathleen. I have waited to write this review to make sure my comments will not be premature. I had been struggling with health issues that conventional medicine and even the naturopathic doctor I had been visiting for the last two years could not come up with a sensible diagnosis. I am excited to say that now I am on my way to recovery as the supplements and the simple lifestyle changes that Kathleen suggested have drastically changed the course of my health. My friends too have started shopping at Sprouts and benefiting from Kathleen's wealth of information and sincere desire to help customers. I would like to thank the management at Sprouts for making an expert of Kathleen's standards available to their customers. Naturally, she is a source of revenue that any business would covet. I am certain that if Kathleen is the department manager, under her leadership the supplement department at Sprouts will thrive and be on a par with, if not better than, the best health food store in Middle Tennessee.
