I love this Publix. Yes, it can be a tad bit pricey, but only if you aren't paying attention. If you go for the buy one get one specials, you'll soon be living high on the hog. "High on the Hog" are where the prime cuts of meat are found. No difference at the grocery store. Get those prime deals then scurry your way to Kroger for your staples. While shopping for those deals, stop by the bakery for a free sample. Last time that I was there, I scored a doughnut hole. It gave me just enough energy to make my way through the aisles and capture the booty.....the deals, not my girlfriends. If you're vigilant, you may find other samples to perk you up. Of course, all free. My saying is, if it's free, it's for me. Believe me, I won't leave a sample of juice, nut, or cookie left unattended. If it's offered, the only polite thing to do, is to smile and say thank you....as you grab an extra for your sick sibling. The folks working at Publix are super nice. They put everyone in a good mood. So much so that while waiting in line, you may want to strike up a conversation with that pretty lady in front of you. She told me to mind my own business, "I'm only here for the buy one get one specials". So there you have it, another satisfied customer!! Pretty solid grocery store. Sometimes they aren't stocked as well as other stores but the staff are very friendly.

This Publix is located in Berry Farms, making it a convenient spot for those who live nearby. Well stocked, very clean, easy to navigate the aisles as it's spacious. This is directed at the deli. There is consistently a line at the deli, multiple people working (goofing off) back behind the counter and only one person making sandwiches. This desperately needs to be overhauled. One would think that if there's no line at the hot counter, and no line at the meat counter, and a massive line at the sandwich counter, you would allocate manpower in order to get customers out faster. read more

We love this Publix. The store is clean, nicely maintained, the aisles are spacious and well organized. The people are very friendly and helpful. For a smaller Publix, there's a really impressive variety of products. They're not always 100% on keeping things stocked - sometimes an item will have to stay on the list from one trip to the next, and the occasional side trip to Kroger or a larger Publix is required, but not very often. Most of the Publix brand options are quite good, a few not so much. For example, coming from Texas, where the salsas are plentiful and delicious, it was a little hard to find our new "house" salsa. I was buying the wife Pace, and when she tried Pace next to Publix hot salsa, she pronounced Pace bad and Publix the one to buy. Bonus tip, Publix queso is pretty danged tasty as well. So handy to pick up freshly made pizza dough in the bakery for a dinner treat. On the other hand, Publix tissues are a little too cardboardy, and the frozen veggies can be hit or miss. But I find it not a big deal to try and learn what the quality products and deals are. I generally trust Publix brand items more than any other grocery. I might give them a 4 star review, but when I tired of making a regular trip to a Kroger just to pick up an item Publix didn't carry, I mentioned it to them, and they thanked me for being a loyal customer and promptly started stocking it. My family talked up the fried chicken here and I have to say it was delicious, crispy n well coated, super juicy inside and not too salty. We also got some slaw which was good and vinegary. 5$ select sushi on Wednesday I thought was a gamble but the rice was tender and it tasted fresh. read more

I love Publix. There are a few items that I dont like. Other than them, I love the store. The freshly baked bread is never ready in the early morning when they open and when I want to make lunches for my husband and son. Instead I have to wait until the next day making 1 day old bread which then shortens my time to use because it gets moldy. Also, the small buns changed months ago. They used to be so soft and fresh but now the bread is dry. Also wish there was an assortment of doughnuts in the morning when they open but their never is. I bought chocolate chip cookies. My whole family said they tasted like a chemical. Not sure why. The manager told me to bring them in for a reimbursement but I never remember because my day is busy working for the hospitals and taking care of my mom. Lastly, the deviled eggs are rubbery too. They seem fake and not like homemade ones. They look good but that's it. read more

Over priced and check your receipt I bought a bottle of water that wrong up as $12. Then other sale priced items were mis labeled. They had some great products but over priced. Their own competitive products were less costly and just as good as the name brand read more

I shop at this store on average 3 times a week. Have never had a problem at all. This past week I purchased some deli meat and for the first time was disappointed. The deli people had not cleaned the slicer. The next day when I opened the bags my food was dirty. I called the store and left a message for the deli manager but have not received a response back. Barely any organic options available. Kroger has WAY more and they are WAY less expensive. Publix also makes you clip you own coupons so being a "member" requires you to do more work if you want a discount. I always tell myself I'll never shop at Publix again but it's only 5 min from my house so occasionally I need something in a pinch and will pop in. I always end up regretting it. As someone who wants to keep my family healthy and on a budget, Publix is bottom of the totem pole for grocery shopping in my opinion. read more

Updating my review. Why I rated 5 stars. Publix in Berry Farms Town Center. It's surprisingly quite nice. The parking lot is very spacious. Their Pharmacy has a drive-thru. They even have self checkout available. My 3rd visit to this store was much better than the last time. Customer Service is outstanding. Employees are amazingly awesome. The environment is not as stressful compared to other locations. & I don't feel so overwhelmed by the atmosphere itself. I myself prefer to shop early enough in the afternoon/evening. Which is why day time is better than night time. Knowing that I can feel safe and secure when shopping at Publix. Overall I was extremely impressed. I will definitely be back for sure. read more

Very clean but the prices are ridiculous. Some things I buy regularly like Miracle Whip. $4.00 at Walmart yet $7.00 at Publix! $3 difference. Organic ketchup I mean almost 7 dollars for a bottle come on! $4.59 anywhere else. Salmon Is ridiculous. They charge 6.99 for a tiny little 5 ounce portion of salmon so multiply by three that's over $21 a pound for salmon!!!! You can get it marinated fresh at Whole Foods for $11.99 a pound. The last few times I've been in Publix they've had the wrong price on items. Yesterday I went and there was a whole display of Ken's dressing buy one get one free. I got to the register and they didn't ring up that way!!! the girl said that wasn't the one on sale. I said well you have a whole dang display of them so rather than honoring the price she just took them off my bill and put them back that's not good customer service!!! they've gone downhill and there's no reason to pay that much more for the same item you can get somewhere else cheaper!!!! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They even recommended a secret sauce for my lunch that was not advertised- delicious!
