I stopped by early in the morning looking for the LucyGlo and LucyRose apples as well as my juicing veggies and fruit. This was my second attempt and I got lucky, they were available. The folks working here are always helpful and friendly. Last time they told me the shipment was delayed but to call back. I do enjoy shopping the produce section at this location, it's always well stocked and beautiful, like I wish some other stores would be. This is still a really convenient place to grab some groceries after catching a movie and a meal within the same shopping center. I think that they probably now have an adequate number of employees working here, as the shelves were fully stocked and there were multiple cash registers open. I even noticed three people working in the meat department. I like shopping here, and plan on returning. I recommend this grocery store. read more

I stopped into this Sprouts during a recent stay in Germantown. I like Sprouts but do not have it where I live. I walked around the store. I got a few snacks, a pistachio muffin, and some melatonin tea. Everything was great but now that I'm home I'm really liking the melatonin tea. I'm not sure if it's just a placebo or it really works! The employee at checkout was friendly and I thought the store was very clean and organized. The Alec's Palm Springs Banana Chocolate Date Shake Ice Cream was also delicious! I'll be back! read more

Disappointed with the organic ginger which is not organic. Pickup a bag that read organic ginger which was not organic. After cutting it open,It barely had a smell to it which automatically told me that it's GMO. The skin was very shiny like the non organic ginger l saw. Started not to get organic one, however wanted to be wrong. I was right. "Not organic at all "! Also organic oranges are not organic at all. No seeds no smell. Do better Sprouts! I prefer this sprouts over the one closer to my home. I can find what I need and every now and then they are cheaper than other grocery stores in the area. Sprouts offers organic and non organic products, bakery items that always look sooo good and they also have a selection of deli items/grab and go items. This location is clean, baskets are wiped down and available when you walk in. It's one way in and one way out, the floor is marked for social distancing and masks are worn by employees and shoppers. read more

Quick Saturday errands. I only needed a few things so I thought I'd try sprouts and use the curbside pick up. This experience was great. As I pulled up,the young lady was walking my order out. Everything was correct. Parking lot was clean and associates wore mask. Definitely a 5 star performance. read more

I really like their selections, but they are expensive, and the checkout lines are crazy slow. Ridiculously slow.

This grocery store is over priced for what you get and other comparable grocery stores in the area. The meats, produce, and dairy do not have comparable prices. The checkout experience is one of the worse from a customer stand point. You'll stand 7-8 people deep with one cashier. Other employees will just walk by you and very rarely do they stop to check the customer out or call another cashier to the front. Eggs, beef, ground chicken, orange juice, grape juice, bread, ice cream, chips, etc. are all higher cost than many others around. I definitely do whatever I can to avoid going into Sprouts in Germantown. read more

Thank you, Sprouts, for being in this location especially after Kroger failed me in having decent looking fruit and veggies! I had seen their flyer in my mailbox but didn't really pay too much attention but I sure perked up after coming home practically empty handed from my last attempt to find some decent produce. Walking into Sprouts was like a breath of fresh air! A huge wide open store that offered way more than I was expecting. Think Whole Foods + Trader Joes + GNC + Kroger all collide together! Good thing I came prepared with comfy shoes and a semi-full tummy because things could have gotten out of hand quickly. Nothing is worse food shopping than when you are starving like a mad woman. Honestly, how many grocery stores can you see from one end to the other? I thought this was nifty feature because it made it seem so huge and wide open. No games, no hunting and no mazes! Open range! You can see from one end to the other and it still contains all the basic departments bakery, deli, meat/seafood, frozen, boxed/canned, beer/wine and produce, etc... plus, organic sections throughout the entire store, beauty, bulk food, vitamins/supplements, wellness books, and plenty of premade options too. I came in thinking produce only and ended up with a cart of goodies! They have an awesome meat and cheese section so I was happy to find a couple spicy and smelly cheese to accompany some nice red wine. I'm a huge fan of unfiltered apple cider vinegar and found out that Sprouts even makes their own brand of it. I also saw a few other items that they make their own "brand" of as well and the prices for those were much cheaper. I might give them a try next time. Overall, the employees were friendly and helpful, the checkout line flowed super smooth and quickly. I really can't compare prices yet, but I felt that overall, it seemed comparable to other places. Just the ease, convenience, and cleanliness of it....it's definitely worth it in my opinion! I'm sure I'll be a regular here! Since I refused to wake up at 5:00am on Wednesday morning for the Grand Opening LOL, I decided to go this evening. I went hoping that it wouldn't be crowded since it is still considered opening weekend, and I am happy to report that although it was somewhat busy, there was plenty of room to walk around and explore. My initial impression of the store was that it was clean and well organized. I have been to the Lakeland location and the layout of the stores are a little different. I also thought that it seemed to be bigger than the Lakeland location. Also I found the staff to be was very friendly and helpful. For the most part, all the employees greeted customers and asked if they needed any help with finding something. I found that like the Lakeland location this Sprouts has a nice bakery selection as well as a refrigerated bakery. If you are like me you can find a variety of my beloved ezekiel bread. This location also has a good selection of baked goods that looked yummy. This Sprouts is also stocked with prepared food that you can just heat in the oven. I bought the spinach puffs as they looked great and were recommended by an employee. I found their produce selection to be quite nice and big. They have both regular and organic selections and everything looked really fresh. I was happy to enjoy their opening week sale and get my blackberries for $1.00. Moving on to their deli selection, I really liked that they have a place to order freshly made sandwiches. To order you have to fill out a form and an Deli employee makes the sandwich in front of you. They have a Sprouts menu of cold and hot sandwiches. However, you can create whatever kind of sandwich you want. I also noticed that they have a sandwich of the month. I liked the idea so I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on sourdough for $4.99 and it was delicious! Their fresh meat and seafood section (you buy per pound) was nicely kept and everything looked fresh. They also had a nice packaged meat selection that included grass-feed beef and organic selections. What I liked a lot about this Sprouts was that they have a cosmetics section. I don't recall seeing that in the Lakeland location. So that was pretty cool! They also have a big vitamin section and I even saw a small book section (Dieting, weight loss, cookbooks etc.). All in all I love Sprouts! This new location will be my go to place for healthy and fresh food. Nice big store, good product selection and friendly employees! A friend took me to this place as it was enroute from the airport to my apartment and I needed to pick up some essentials for the week ahead. I only had $6 and thought that would be enough to buy milk and bread, but unfortunately it wasn't and i ended up borrowing $4 and change to pay for my two items, so prices are definitely a bit on the expensive side. So I thought some stuff was pretty good here, like the 3 ingredient bread, but then there were these ginger snap cookies that had a refined mix of oils, so I think even when stuff is labelled healthy, you would still need to check the ingredient list. Based on the two items I shopped for, the expereince was similar to Whole foods or Fresh Market - so it was all a-ok. Service was friendly, the folks sliced my bread and I might never have come here again, EXCEPT... I also saw two kinds of labne being sold here, near to the milk aisle~~ I love labne, but didnt have enough money on me to purchase this item, so do plan to return to check it out again. Sprouts is a favorite and would be a weekly trip if it weren't so far out in the 'burbs. The produce is fresh, reasonably priced, and in abundance. Also, they manage to have multiple options of shelved products without making the place feel overly stocked and crowded. I appreciate that I can pop into Sprouts and pick up everything from nutrition supplements and fresh fruits to baked bread and fifteen different kinds of tortilla chips. Hey, a girl needs options. I'd say Sprouts is somewhere between Fresh Market and Trader Joes with some Whole Foods options - minus that "whole paycheck" inconvenience. I definitely recommend checking it out! read more

While the Whole Foods devotees have patiently fought for approval of a Germantown store, and watched it go up, Sprouts just snuck in with a whisper. The Germantown location is my first experience with a Sprouts store, and I was so pleased to find it to be something like a Trader Joe's mixed with Fresh Market. Light and open, with great products I've only been able to find somewhere much more expensive until now. I was fully asquee with joy at the more-than-four-loaves organic bread selection! I spent $400 on an overflowing cart on my first trip in, and the following day I finally read the sales flyer, and picked up another cart full of half-price single-serve popcorn, kettle chips, Honest kids juice pouches, and other goodies for my kids' lunchboxes. We eat organic where possible, and GMO-free where organic does not exist, and this store had plenty of labels and options for my picky shopping habits. Even the fish was labeled with the country of origin, which I appreciate. I will be back and explore their organic produce longer next time, but every time I've been in here, I've seen someone I know (common for a lifelong resident of the area). I absolutely love this place and am glad this one is a bit closer to my house. They have great fresh fruits and vegetables regularly and great deals as well. We love how the have double ad Wednesdays so you can shop from two weeks ads at the same time. It was extremely crowded when I was there on a Tuesday, but the staff was doing their best to be as helpful as possible. The young man at the meat counter was very friendly and packaged everything as I requested and then kept asking if there was anything else he could do for me. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could share it here and let him know that his customer service was greatly appreciated. read more

I am so happy to have this store as an option. Before it was either shop Fresh Market in the dark (I don't have many complaints here, but I want to see the produce before I take it home) and put the other stuff on my list for Kroger and Whole Foods if I have to because the offerings are so limited. What I love about Sprouts is that the produce looks great and they have great weekly sales. I also love that you can double up on sales flyer items on Wednesdays. Items from last week are still on sale and new week are too! What I don't like: The store never seems crazy busy, but I'll see multiple employees wandering around and if I need help they seem confused. This is not true of the meat department where I've experienced great customer service. I've never seen more than one checkout lane open. This has always boggled my mind. If you build these lanes, invest the technology and have employees wandering about, it would seem you'd want to make good on that investment and ring some sales. This is a question for the management, not the store staff. Every employee I've spoken to has been kind and courteous. read more

Wouldn't buy avocados anywhere else - the best. Produce terrific. Lots of good sales and more. Almonds in the bin -- yuk. But mostly ... Try to get someone to slice deli meat? God forbid, make a sandwich? Or -- get lids to the plastic containers in the deli bar? (Always a problem.) Hardly anyone in the store - no one to wait on -- and THE ATTITUDE????!?? I love Sprouts and drive from a neighboring suburb to shop here. The last 4 times I've gone, their meat section has been nearly EMPTY. Zero ground beef or other items. There are a few pork items and some chicken but if you need ground beef or premade meatloaf or meatballs, you're out of luck. I've gone different days and times thinking this would help. No such luck. I had to go to a Trader Joe's to get the items so originally went to Sprouts for. read more

I don't count Fresh Market because I am still trying to figure out why people shop at that overpriced place that has little organic stuff. I generally like and appreciate Sprouts. The location is awesome to my home and Sprouts is my go to for produce, meats, and seafood. My only complaints from time to time is the consistent availability of some items and the length of the checkout lines. These can be two very frustrating obstacles, but the overall freshness and price of products makes up for my frustration most of the time. read more

Love that we now have Sprouts in Germantown. I have shopped at other locations in CA and when walking in, one wouldn't know which location they were at. :) I like that consistency. It's a cheap Whole Foods without the fancy extras. I could see myself coming here more often if it were close, but it's not worth going out of your way for. The only really cool thing here is the huge bins of nuts, seeds, etc for good prices. read more
