My love for sprouts is unmatched to any sandwich spot. Yes you read that right sandwich shop! Every single time they make the tastiest, healthiest and most affordable meal that you can find. The deli clerks know how to make a mean sandwich, and let's be foreal for the prices of the monster sandwiches they make who could honestly beat them. Always super quick and friendly with orders always super neat and well portioned. I have a sandwich at least once a week because how could you not after tasting it. My go to sandwich is a roasted turkey provolone sandwich on multigrain add deli mustard, house dressing, red onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, bell peppers. I'll grab a can of jalapeños and some hummus and carrots and bam a meal for 12 bucks. Like who can beat that. No one. I will continue to go time and time again to this sprouts location where they have yet to disappoint me and always leave me full and happy. I stopped in last weekend to pick up some ingredients for a homemade shampoo recipe I wanted to try. The selection is fantastic, and the prices are great. I was not sure where to find the cloves, and the employee I asked kindly helped me. I got all the fresh ingredients I needed to whip up my shampoo. I also got 2 bottles of berberine. I take berberine for weight management, and am looking forward to trying new brands. I also love the organic candy selection and picked up a few pieces. It was a busy Sunday afternoon, but did not feel overwhelming inside. I'd definitely shop at this location again. read more

The good: Their small orchid plants were $7 which was a great deal. Normally, I only find these prices at Trader Joes. I got some high quality chocolate chips here for $9-10. I also got lemonade apples. I like their barrel section with dried nuts, honeycomb chocolates and seeds (though I get suspicious sometimes of how it's open for anyone to touch). It's always a good deal. I like their local honey selection as well as their interesting frozen food options that I don't see in other stores. The bad: I came looking for Lucy apples but they were sold out or weren't carrying them at the time. I wish their bakery section had more cakes. Their milks are more expensive and their ice cream selection is smaller than most other grocery stores. I came to see if they had any butternut squash soup. They don't. I did purchase some Panera soup. There are other soups in the refrigerated section are eight dollars. I purchased some soup from Trader Joe's next-door for $4.99. I'll see which one tastes better. I have tried sprouts "I drink my vegetables" soups. They weren't that tasty. I love Sprouts Jack and Annie's plant based meatballs. Also Daring Plant Cajun Chicken Pieces. They're so good! I also got some salad dressings that I'm eager to try. One is a fig balsamic and the other is a Honeycrisp apple vinaigrette. My salads are gonna be poppin!! The store is always clean. On the previous visit - All of the Sprouts locations I've visited in Orange County have fresh quality products. Customer service is always great. However, today for the first time I felt like the employees at this location were on their own agendas. A woman opened a freezer next to me and couldn't close the door. She went to find someone to help. No one ever came. Eventually two employees were walking down the aisle talking to each other. As they walked past me and the open freezer door I asked for help. When I reached my self check out area I needed assistance. I waited about 10 minutes with the red light on. Eventually, someone walked from behind me and asked if I needed help. It looked like the employee was off duty. After she entered the code to help me and walked away I couldn't pay for checkout. It was still asking for an employee number. So the red light stayed on as I looked around for help for another five minutes. Eventually, I just moved to another register and checked out there. read more

I love Sprouts!! This location is convenient because it's right next door to a Walmart so you can get your more basic and cheaper groceries there and then get your nicer groceries here. I love "thrifting" at Sprouts for their yellow sticker items! It helps try a variety of things for a cheaper price. Most of their products are the same as any other Sprouts location. Plenty of parking! Everything was clean and nicely organized. read more

I went into Sprouts and one of my cashiers' name was Frankie. I was about to pay and I only had vitamins, and she suggests I get the app because I was going to be paying a lot more than I could have with a coupon that they had going on for that month. And so we apply the coupon, and it ends up saving me way more than I had thought. It took a few mins to get the app and apply it. It saved me like 40 bucks, and she was super sweet, super welcoming. Stopped by the other day to pick up some flower on the way to a friend's birthday dinner. They had really gorgeous floral arrangements here, and some were even wrapped really well! The person at check out was super friendly, and helped me find the birthday card section. The flowers are a bit on the pricier side, but my friend loved and raved about them. I was able to be in and out of there within 10 minutes. Parking is also really easy here, with a huge lot. read more

This keeps happening and I guess it's my fault. I bought 3 - 1/2 gallon organic milk that was on sale for $4.59 each because of the date, was charged full price of $6.49. Officially, lost my business. Now the bags they offer are no longer at counter, you have to, before you checkout grab how many you need , instead of having the cashier (who gets paid to do their job) the customer is now responsible. First off reusable bags are a joke! Dirty, nothing sanitary about using a reusable bag. It's a laugh ppl grab from their trunks their purses of have them in basket collecting germs. The email was intimidating and low key threatened legal repercussions. TO BE CLEAR: My review is my own OPINION based on my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE and I stand by it. It is very telling when a company attempts to get customers to edit their review into something more positive instead of responding to customer observations. Original review: Overall decent store but the deli & bakery sections can use improvement. The bakery looked dirty and seemed short staffed. The woman in the deli area that helped me, Arianna, was rushing me and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. She was all over the place. Does Sprouts not drug test employees? I guess it's the norm now, but it's a bit strange to go in to a health food type store and run into that. No complaints about my order, it just threw me off. Came to Sprouts this morning and needed some Turkey Carnitas, but unfortunately, they did not have any available on display. Understandably, it is a bit early; usually by 11:30 a.m., the pre-cooked food is getting stocked. I asked Sophia who works in the deli department and she went above and beyond she was able to get me the Carnitas. I really appreciate it because now a days its hard to find good customer service and she didn't hesitate in being able to help me out she was so sweet and on top of it!
