If this store manager takes requests I would suggest having more frozen food items/tv dinners that are both gluten free AND vegan. There are a few gluten free options and a few vegan options but only two options that are both gluten free and vegan. The produce section is great. However it would be great of there were larger more clear signage to indicate which products are local Colorado and local to the US. I would also request less use of plastic wraps and bags on the produce. read more

The best a spot for healthy groceries. You can often catch good sales on produce and organic meats too. I've stopped ordering vitamins online and get my supplements from Sprouts. They often have sales, so if you time it, you can stock up on quality products for a great price read more

So many grocery trips here and the staff is always happy and helpful. They are consistent with stocking their shelves and inventory. Also, routinely, the prices and variety of the produce is good. I personally love the meat counter, as they have everyday and seasonal options to cook. Only complaint is, the plastic bags are not the best quality-- often times there are holes and products fall through. read more

FROZEN AVOCADOS. Yep that's right, they are selling frozen Avocados. I bought 5 and after getting them home, I noticed each one I held in my hand started to drip where I was touching it. I cut one open or...... Tried to cut it open. Ever tried to cut through ice? Within a week the remaining 4 were ROTTEN. You can't freeze Avocados. They rotted from the inside out. The seeds / pits were mush. All the seeds were split. They are freezing them and putting them out for sale. Any Knuckle Head knows you Don't freeze fruit except the Knuckle Head running that store on Parker Rd. read more

Since the sprouts at parker and arapahoe closed I have tried the other 2 sprouts near me on smokey hill road and down in parker. Both suffer from the same issues the checkout lines are long and slow just walked in at 2 pm on Sunday lines 4 deep and slow . One person had a single item and I could see he was frustrated with the length of the lines. I just turned around and walked out. The other thing I have noticed is a drop in the overall quality of the produce. Not quite sure why but they have lost me as a customer. read more

Over the last several years we have visited Sprouts in Parker many times and my daughter likes the deli sandwiches. Went to Sprouts on Monday evening February 20TH. The employee told my daughter they were Busy preparing chickens and would Not make her a sandwich despite being Open. This is the type of thing that makes customers go elsewhere and we went to Jimmy Johns. Sprouts in Parker needs to be customer friendly and this was a bad experience. read more

Big fan of Sprout's for grocery shopping! Particularly prefer to purchase my fruit and veg here, it's the freshest I find around. Also appreciate their meat case, great to shop meat and seafood sales for sure. Our favs include the house bacon and Chimichurri skirt steak - yum! House fresh sausages are also good. Excellent quality and if ever any problems, they full stand behind the products. Bulk shopping options are also nice. Sprout's brand products are of good quality, reliable and fairly priced. If I can rate 0, I will give it 0. They make the mistake of my transaction, count one more bottle of my drink. I am glad I look at my receipt find this mistake, and the cashier already scan for the next line,but is is UNREASONABLE to ask me to go back the line again to make the corrections. He should finish the scan customer and get back to me to correct instead of asking me to go back the line since I was in the line before. He makes the mistake and I feel not right treated. I was super mad for how they deal with their mistake. read more

SYSTEMIC INCOMPETENCE AND APATHY throughout the entire company. Their website is setup to commit consumer fraud, hold peoples' money, waste time and resources, and fraudulently advertises themselves as "Sprouts" when it's actually Instacart who is falsely stating that Sprouts can get a product and take your money for it. ALL of the employess, including "management" and "customer service" are rude and ignorant. Point of Sale systems have been in place since the 1980's, and Sprouts doesn't even have a POS system. A consumer places an order on the Sprouts site, but it's actually Instacart. There is no indication of Instacart on the Sprouts site, in the emails confirming the order, or showing up in your bank account. It's ALL Sprouts. The consumer sets up a date for pick up of the item that they will never get. Come the date of pickup, Sprout's email and order status still indicates that the order has been placed, it's being fulfilled, and it's good to go. Call Sprouts to see if the order is there, and you get a big run around. They run their employees around to see if the order is there only to tell you it's not. In the mean time, Sprouts is holding your money in a Pending status at your bank and only Instacart can release it. From the store management level to corporate customer service, these people are in a massive state of denial about what they are doing. Placing an order through Sprouts or Instacart is like dealing with the Land of Misfit Toys...they are all living in an abyss and could give a rip whether orders get fulfilled so long as they get their paychecks to make sure their rent gets paid. read more

I have been coming here since it first opened. When I went here today, I was reminded why. I had a vegetable question, and someone was quick to help me with information and suggestions. I mentioned a product I had purchased on my previous visit that had spoiled rather quickly, and the manager comped me a replacement (no questions asked). The line at checkout started to grow, and they immediately summoned additional checkers, and quickly cleared the queue. The fruits and veggies here are excellent, in both quality and price. If this is all you buy, $20 can go a long way. The meat is very good and diverse. Prices are not terribly higher than other places, and you can catch some good sales. The same is true of the cheese. My main complaint about the bread and dairy is that there are no real low-end offerings. I enjoy the bulk spices and bins of snacks and staples as well. I never feel like money spent here has been wasted. read more

This is a well maintained and clean store. Recent renovations did great favors for it. Produce is usually awesome. Dave has a keen eye for blemished and bruised fruits or veggies. Rick arranges them to look picture perfect. Most employees throughout are friendly, fun to talk to, and helpful. Even if they're not always the first to speak, you can guarantee they'll help you find what you're looking for with a smile. Some honest critiques: Departments that need the most people are not being staffed as well as those that don't. Strange and silly hiring priorities. You're bound to have help instantly in grocery, produce and vitamins, but you're USUALLY left waiting at the meat and bakery departments AND there are never enough cashiers to compensate for the store's traffic. This hasn't changed in over a year of regularly shopping here. They seem visibly overwhelmed and are constantly busy. Even despite its quirks... I do love this store and will remain a customer for a long time to come. read more

This is not for Sprouts itself but the delivery service called Instacart they use. Beware because they DO NOT honor Sprouts ad prices - they have their own and they won't tell you that until after they deliver OR you read through the entire site's rules and regulations. They charge a tip and a service fee AND a delivery fee. The replacements (which are many no matter what time of day) are a joke, boneless thighs for bone in thighs and they don't adjust the price either, they just charge you more for the replacement. I will NOT be using them again. In total, I paid 25% more for my groceries than had I gone in to the store not including the fees! I'm thinking about taking it all back and repurchasing at the sale price! read more

How this store got this average rating is beyond me. Well, I know why, as it appears the 5 stars are coming from 20 and thirty year olds. My wife and I visited this location for the first time today for mainly produce. Last time here. Kid working produce with pierced lip when asked by my wife if the store had sweet yellow onions looked at her like she was stupid and told her regular onions were right in front of her when in fact sweet yellow onions were in a bin around the corner. Clerk at checkout had the personality of a door knob. If manners only apply to your under 40 customers, then it's pretty damn sad. Convenient location, great selection, awesome prices, and friendly & knowledgeable employees. I have always been able to find someone that can answer my question regarding a specific product or need that I may have. Today the lady in the health/ wellness section was particularly helpful. As I mentioned, the prices are always excellent. As a vegan, I am able to find the non dairy/ egg/meat alternatives that are either nonexistent or very pricey at the standard grocery store. Further, they have seasonal sales for what seems like every section. So if you plan ahead, you can save a lot! read more

What a cool and fresh idea for Parker. When Sprouts was going in we wondered if the selection would be that great and if the place would draw a crowd because it seems that everything else that has gone into this shopping center has died. R.I.P. Target Circuit City Albertson's We gave Sprouts a shot a few weeks ago when we received their newspaper flyer and saw that most of their fruits and veggies were on sale. Ok...not just on sale, but half the price of King Soopers! Green, red and yellow peppers for $0.88 a piece? YES! Kings wanted $1.99 for the red and yellow and $0.99 for the green. Needless to say loaded up. The deli counter is awesome with some very knowledgeable staff. A good selection of meats and cheeses here as well as fresh seafood and ready made entrees like kabobs and skewers for a quick meal. Prices on chicken and beef is about on par with other grocery stores in town, but the quality seems to be much better. Need to load up on rice, granola or candy? The bulk section is full of options and some great prices here as well. Stop by the bakery where fresh baked goodies as well as quick take home snacks are a plenty. The store is large enough for the weekend crowds and with parking abounds there's no reason not to get in there. We're Sprouts customers from now on and can't wait to see what goodies this weeks flyer will have in store. read more

I adore Sprouts Farmers Market. They have great prices and a good selection and always very top-notch produce. The produce guys who work here are always helpful and friendly and will check in the back if need be. My favorite thing at Sprouts is the homemade sausage. The spicy Parmesan chicken is one of my favorites. At one time they carried British pork bangers. However, I think that they weren't very popular but I was told that you call in an order ahead of time and they would make them up for you. How is that for service? Most of the sausage is around $2.99 per pound. A low cost for a quality product. If I'm only buying fruits and veggies I can usually walk out with a cart full of items for around $25.00 - what a deal. read more

Sprouts is one of my favorite neighborhood grocers, but I really shocked to see the sparse stock of goods this time around, especially in the produce section. I assume it has to do with the location and time of year; it's not always easy to get a mass quantity of quality red bell peppers in a wintry Colorado. This particular location has my favorite Diet Citris Granny Sweet Tea too. Time to stock up my stash! The deals were still sprinkled throughout the store (another reason why Sprouts rocks!), and I found bargain strawberries--2 pounds for $4! I highly recommend ordering a $2.99 made-to-order sandwich. Customize your meats, bread and veggies to satisfy your sandwich craving. THE BEST VALUE ANYWHERE! As always, the Sprouts' team were consistently friendly, courteous and helpful. Petty good selection. The lines are AMAZINGLY long, which keeps me away. I love their bulk section. The meat is not very fresh. I had to take chicken back before. I like the organization of the vitamin area. I also like that they have a pretty good selection of non-meat proteins. They also seem to have the problem that there are 8 or more people doing inventory and only 1, at rhe most 3 people checking out. Lines go back to the aisles. My suggestion is just go here for for your favorites (bulk, your other fav) and go to KS eho now have plenty of organic produce. It's odd there are no responses from MGT. Considering the number if reviews. I guess they don't really care abt customer service like a lot of reviews seem to say. Come on. Step it up!! read more

ATTENTION WORLD: If you live near a Sprouts and you still shop at Safeway, Albertsons, King Soopers or Whole Foods, you are missing out. Since we began shopping at Sprouts, we have completely abandon our normal grocery stores. What? How can that be? Well simple. Sprouts is better AND cheaper. The quality of the food at Sprouts if amazing. The meat and produce are far superior to anything at the regular grocer (if you shop at super walmart or super target for your food, you should probably stop using the internet and get back to the filling station to pick up smokes). Sprouts combines the healthy alternative foods of a natural grocer with the cheapness of walmarts. Now, they don't have everything at Sprouts, so yes you might still be required to go somewhere else to buy your cleaning supplies and toilet paper. We tend to go to Sprouts once a week, while still mixing in Costco (for the diapers and formula) once a month. But its worth the trip because you save so much money. The weekly specials at Sprouts are impressive. This week it was fresh pears at .77 cents a pound. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEARS YOU CAN GET FOR 3 BUCKS???? Sprouts has probably lowered our food bill by HUNDREDS of AMERICAN DOLLARS per month. I cannot sing the praise of this place enough. You must try it for yourself. You have to trust me. read more

I love Sprouts. Since I eat so many veggies, this is my favorite place to go for fresh produce. The one drawback is that they run out of sale items quickly. I talked to a stocker in the produce section today about it. He said since there is no limit, people buy as much as they want and they run out of the best deals fast. There are only 2 Sprouts in the entire state of CO, so they don't have a large warehouse to store food like other groceries. They have to wait for shipments to arrive from AZ. This means that sometimes the produce isn't consistently fresh. Because of that I have to avoid buying certain items on my list once in a while. I do get disappointed when I can't get all the items on my grocery list. However the staff is very accommodating to customer needs. If an item is out of stock, one can easily get a raincheck. Sometimes they even allow substitutions. For instance, I wanted white button mushrooms but they were out of stock. They let me substitute baby portobello mushrooms for the sale price of white mushrooms. Whenever I feel inundated by the vast, diverse products in vitamin/beauty aisles, a friendly employee always comes to my aid. I have never received so much friendliness from staff at a grocery store. Sometimes I wonder if they are pushed to provide super nice customer service from higher authorities. Maybe they are just really nice people. It is probably a combination of both.
