I am clearly well over the legal drinking age, had other identification in my wallet reflecting that, and am a regular customer who shops at your stores frequently. Yet the only response I received was that the manager could lose his job for exercising any judgment. This experience reflects a larger problem that has become increasingly common since COVID: an environment where rules, scanning, identification requirements, and corporate liability concerns have replaced basic human interaction and common sense. Employees are discouraged from making reasonable decisions, even when the circumstances are obvious. I do not fault the cashier. My concern is with a culture that places rigid compliance above customer relationships and personal judgment. Product is good, but my review is toward ownership and the recent policy change to monetize their discount programs. My wife is a teacher, I am a veteran, and in healthcare. We have been purchasing MyFitFood products for years. Yesterday we were told that as of October 1st we will have to pay $10 per month or $100 a year to keep our discounts. Not a membership mind you, just to keep the savings. This is to combat customers giving out their info to others who are not eligible for the discount, such as friends, and family. Now we are thankful for the discount and know they don't have to provide them. We also know a business is in it to ultimately make money but this is a little absurd. I believe this is inherently wrong to charge people for a discount. We have never given out our info to others and agree people should not do that, but we shouldn't have to pay to keep our discount. Especially since there are other ways, better ways to handle this problem. When a business provides a discount it should be seen as a "thank you" and "we appreciate what you do". Not be a "thank you but please pay us for being thankful toward you". Instead of providing better training for their employees, I.e. ask for IDs at purchase, or simply just remove the discounts all together they decided to take the money grab route. That's what this comes down to. I say no to greed. We enjoy the meals but refuse to give in to this line of thinking. We will get our meals for the last time next weekend and will not purchase a meal from MyFitFoods again until they get rid of this policy. There are plenty other competitors that we enjoy to get premade meals. Hope others will follow. You shouldn't have to pay to keep a discount, it defeats the purpose.

The lines are great if you go early but midday or weekends can be a wait. In the warehouse there is a wide assortment of products (snack stations are back!) and a large selection of wine & alcohol that is not offered at all Costco locations. There is clothing, a tire shop inside the warehouse and all kinds of kitchen and home appliances. They took away several self-check out stations. When lines get really long (and they can stretch back to beyond a few of the aisles) employees try to pre-check carts. The system was working so why change it. Or have the self-check for smaller orders to keep things moving. The food court has the famous hot dog and soda combo for $1.50. They added a calzone which I haven't tried and brought back the turkey and provolone hot sandwich. The managers I previously knew have moved. Overall still a great store.
