Clean store and lots of merchandise. He had fun looking at the toys. Hot Wheels and Legos. Plushies and games. And a good selection of makeup. Bought batteries and some groceries. Used the self checkout. Ben was helpful as he honored a coupon we found on a display without realizing it was expired. And he went to take the coupons down to prevent more customers from trying to use them. That's being proactive in my book and I appreciate it. read more

This King Soopers has come a long way since my last review about five years ago. I shop here regularly now, and it's become my go-to grocery store. The store is clean, the lines move pretty quickly most of the time, and the staff is friendly. Karen in the deli department deserves a special mention she's one of the few people who truly understands what it means when you ask for your deli meat shaved. I'll definitely keep coming back. Oh, and they also have a fantastic selection of wine! read more

Cathy in Starbucks is so incredibly rude and gives no grace to customers if they trip up on their order. She finds joy in calling customers out on the flaw in their order rather than being kind and patient. As a department lead, she should be sending a good example on how to treat customers for her other coworkers. Will not be using this Starbucks. read more

We stopped at this King Soopers, and we were amazed with the selection they had to offer! Unfortunately, that was the only good part. My partner purchased two bottles of wine- we used self checkout, I was helping her bag items. When she needed to have her ID checked, an older man with glasses came and checked her ID. He then turned to me and asked for mine, I said I didn't have mine but I wasn't purchasing anything I was just helping bag (we are in our 30s). He rudely sighed and said REALLY?! I was shocked. He said he was on camera and he was really doing me a favor and with how young we both look he should be checking us both. I reminded him I WASNT PURCHASING ANYTHING. I understand wanting to be diligent in making sure you don't sell or provide to minors. But there is never a need to be rude just because you can. BE BETTER. read more

I went last night to the stores got some food and got some drinks one of those drinks was Mike's hard lemonade I understand sometimes if you have a minor with you they won't let you buy the alcohol but the reason I argued was because the check out lady was very rude and implied I was going to be giving the drinks to my brother who is a minor just because she herself says she thinks her older daughter would do that for her younger sister which isn't something she should push onto other people because not everyone is as irresponsible as her own daughters. read more

A No brainer establishment for cleanliness and well stocked aisles. All staff is gracious and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the Pick Up staff. I'm there every other day and they always choose quality products as my substitutes and great produce when I need. And get this, they actually answer the phone. Most places I go to only serve food in their hot foods department during peak lunch hours. I came here a few hours after and not only were they willing and ready to serve but their selection was hot and fresh. I also picked up some grocery items and everything was fully stocked. Came here for WesternUnion, line was understandably long seeing as it was mid afternoon on a Saturday..... after waiting 40 mins I had the pleasure of meeting Laura (insert sarcasm). Laura was obviously doing work beyond her capabilities. She does not listen to customers. Then gets an attitude when she realizes she had not been listening. I had to tell her 5 times what I wanted, and then I get told "don't start with me". Well Laura, if you had paid attention you probably would not have had an issue. I've been trying to shop a few grocery stores to get acclimated to the area and I think so far I've enjoyed shopping at this King Soopers. Full Disclosure, Corporate guys were visiting at the time of my shopping trip and to tell you the truth , I was wondering where the ladies were at representing corporate King Soopers. I've seen this way too often , mostly men coming to stores, and I guess bells went off for me today finally acknowledging that yes, there needs to be more woman hired at these corporate levels! Ok, stepping off the soap box. Shopping at this store was easy, nice layout. There's a lot going on in the country so variety on items is out or low. Also there's been a huge distributor issue getting products to stores due to massive fires so I see empty spots on shelves right now. Everybody was very busy stocking and was friendly when asked questions. Prices and sales made me very happy. No sticker shock whatsoever ever at the register. Dominique was the checker and he was great. We chatted while checking out and it was welcoming. Parking here is easy. Nice meat & liquor dept. what more could I want ?! read more

I've had an especially difficult last 2 weeks and I didn't feel comfortable discussing it with anyone i'm close with nor anyone in close communication with the other party. it's a sunday night, (mind you, i solely went in to purchase 'truly lemonades') and i run into an amazing young woman named shawn who was working the liquor department. she was so thoughtful and genuine that i ended up UNLOADING ALL MY DRAMA onto her, knowing full well that's not what she signed up for on her shift. shawn was the epitome of customer service - she even made me feel like a friend. i offered to tip her off the record but her values run so deep that she declined intensively but assured me she would always be there if i needed to vent again. i currently live just down the road, but when i move anytime in the future, no matter how far, i will always return to this king soopers. thank you IMMENSELY, shawn. read more

I do like this store; it's a nice market with a great liquor store within and a few other extras. Why the one star? Because they have clearly posted at the door that masks must be worn, but no one is monitoring entrants, and today I saw easily a third of the customers entering with no masks. There was a King Soopers worker repositioning watermelons in that entrance lobby, and throngs of maskless customers walked by him. Kroger, take notice of this: If you're going to post a compliance policy about entering the store, especially when ignoring it can potentially cause death to your patrons, then you better police it. You are a public venue and you need to be a part of the solution, not contributing to the problem. This is not the only King Soopers where I have seen this lax enforcement. It's worse in Greenwood Village. Concerned shoppers take note: A personal injury attorney who is montioring compliance, told me that Trader Joe's is all over follwing COVID-19 rules. The Staff is the friendliest on the face of the Earth. The store is well stocked and all the products on the shelves are fronted. If you can't find something just ask one of the Staff and they will get you bro it post haste. Unlike a lot of grocery chains King's offers premium products at great prices. Their mixture of food and beverage is also excellent. This is a great place to buy your every day needs as well as a great place to purchase the unique elements to make your celebration one to remember. read more

It may be weird to be in love with a supermarket/grocery store but this is no ordinary supermarket/grocery store. I could walk around this place for a couple hours and still enjoy my time. This place has everything. Lots of organic produce and many vegan friendly options. Additionally, this place always has a holiday section, clothing section (some pretty on trend on items I may add), a Starbucks, a pharmacy, and so much more. I love the extensive beauty and bath department. My boyfriend and I stroll around this King Soopers frequently and always end up trying something new to eat or drink. The pharmacy has a very rude person named Chelsea. I have seen her being rude to other people, but today she was rude to me because the lights went out at pharmacy the pharmacy and I said well I'll just sit here a little bit to see if the lights come back on at this king Soopers, she said you can just leave in a very bad tone. What the what? Ok, it's a King Soopers, and it's brand new so everything is super shiny and fresh. But it's the extras that are going to have you leaving saying, "What the...?' You can probably shop only here and at Home Depot, and you'll have almost everything you need. Seriously. King Soopers/Kroger is apparently getting into the business of selling much more than food. At this new "Marketplace", you're going to find the following: - A food court complete with a sushi bar, salad bar, olive bar, cheese vault, their regular deli and plenty of tables inside and out to enjoy your meal. Think Whole Foods. - A jewelry shop. No joke. Think about the size and pricing of a mall jewelry store. - A largely stocked pharmacy and health/beauty area. It's as if they airlifted half a Walgreens or CVS into the store. - Clothes. Not as much as a Target would have, but still a lot of clothes for a grocery store. - Tableware, place settings, glassware, kitchen tools and other items like that. It's as if BB&B had a small baby inside this store. [Yes there is a pattern emerging. Kroger is trying to get us to shop here and only here. And Home Depot, because they don't sell home improvement stuff here. Yet.....] - Somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,500 parking spaces. - Flowers - Onsite gas station that takes your points. Love that part. - A ton of pet supplies, food and whatnot. As if Kroger and Petsmart had a baby. - Oh, and they sell those weird things grocery stores used to sell like fruit, bread and meat. I don't think that part of this new plan will work - no one goes to a grocery store for just food anymore. And I think it's staffed by about half of Parker's population. You know Parker-ites are the best in the world so you're going to get great, friendly service here. I heard there's a KSM down in Castle Rock that sells full-blown patio furniture as well. Great place and love the sushi section, however have been so bummed that they put fake crab in all the sushi rolls (can't eat with wheat allergy) and all the options that don't have crab in them (sashimi) is $15.99 which is WAY too much for grocery store sushi! I requested salmon rolls but they won't make them unless they are there and available which is hardly ever. Bummed about this but we always come to this grocery store, location is convenient and it's always nicely kept. read more

I am so impressed with the Click List team. We had Chris helping us tonight. He was enthusiastic and seriously interested in our shopping experience. He introduced himself and went over all the details, offer to process coupons and put everything in the car with a smile. He asked us if we had any questions and I did. I had tried twice to add a whole turkey to my order and both times had been told they were not available. He responded that he was sure they were still in stock. 3 minutes later, he came out with a huge whole turkey and asked me if Butterball was OK - WOW! Seriously! I use click list all the time. I am so grateful for the service because I have an elderly Mother (82) in our quarantine group and I have chronic asthma. We've held out hope but have given up on king soopers and their app. We've had many issues over the last year and have started to shop elsewhere. The app is buggy and needs a ui/ux overhaul as it's not intuitive. The service within king soopers is poor and lacks leadership. read more

Standing in line at the store. There is not a single person in self check out. 9 people in line with full carts waiting in the single actual check out line. The one cashier that is open "Barbra"the slowest person in the world. Nothing like donating 30 minutes of my life to just check out at the grocery store. No customer service anymore!!! read more

This is a food and department store. It is very bright, clean & friendly. The store is very well stocked with food and beverages. There is an extremely good wine, beer and liquor section. The workers are very eager to help everyone, including each other. I recently had a very positive experience with Sean in the deli. He was very quick and helpful. This King Soopers is immaculate. Definitely one of the best ones I've been to. I was shocked at how large it was and also how clean it looked. All the foods and produce were fully stocked and it was just awesome to be there shopping. They also have a small selection of kitchen supplies and clothes and a bunch of other random stuff. We have been loving our new KS! Wide aisles, huge inventory, friendly deli carrying Boars Head meats, helpful staff, self check-out on both sides, cheap gas, easy access...there really isn't a thing we don't like about it. Even the parking isn't a complete cluster like nearly every other location. The best part might be the selection. The availability of specialty sourced products can vary from KS to KS, but this one seems to have nearly every product I've seen at any KS. Even if they're out of something, they'll call another store to see if they have it! Long story short, this is what every new King Soopers should be. read more
