We had a bad experience with a product, and I came back and they allowed me to swap for the same product No questions asked in a very professional and polite way. Then unbelievably, we had the same problem with the product again, and at that point, my wife was afraid to give it a third try, but again they were very helpful and professional! While I don't do our full grocery shop here, they do have a few things that are on my 'must have' list - including my refrigerated Probiotics. I will say their general grocery prices are quite high in comparison to other grocery stores, but you're paying for a much quieter environment PLUS they have all of the specialty foods that you might need if you have allergies or very special dietary needs. If it's a tough find; they've probably got it. Do download the app as you can find decent discounts on a few items. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. read more

This is an older Sprouts that's on the smaller side so shopping here I definitely prefer to come during off peak hours but either way Sprouts never disappoints! I came in for some flowers & something for dinner from the meat/seafood counter. The flower selection is on the smaller side than your typical grocery store yet I had luck & found me a beautiful assortment of flowers for $25. They had an amazing sale going on with BOGO's but I was in a rush so lucky for my husband who was waiting in the car... lol! Once I made it over to the meat/seafood counter a gentleman appeared from the back, zero waiting which is something we can all appreciate! I got some delicious salmon & swordfish, then some jerk wings for my hubby, for being later in the evening everything was still well stocked... love that! I was able to check out quickly due to the fact that they have self check out but FYI bring your own bags because you will be charge for the plastic bags believe $0.20 which is understandable being that they're considered a health store. read more

Every time I have visited this Sprouts location, I find expired food, filthy bathrooms, and rude staff. When I find expired food, I turn it into either a cashier or someone at the meat counter, and every time, I get attitude from them. I'm doing the store a favor by taking expired and potentially dangerous to consume items off the shelf, and then they're going to scoff at me for it?!?!...I don't think so. The Sprouts at 16th Street and Glendale is much, much better, along with probably every other Sprouts location in Phoenix. read more

I came to this Sprouts locations for a couple of things the other day. I found it easy to navigate the store and in the aisles which was nice. They also had everything in stock that I needed which was a plus as well. I also appreciated how the store was clean and welcome which made the experience that much better. read more

This Sprouts is always a solid experience. The store is clean, well stocked, and just feels good to shop in. The employees are friendly, helpful, and actually seem like they care, which isn't always the case in retail these days. It is also great to see Gloria, the Head Cashier back at it. She makes every guest feel welcome and her energy is infectious, you can feel the difference when she's there. The whole place just runs smoother. Recently stopped here to grab a few energy drinks that were on sale before I left for the airport. Parking was one of the biggest challenges about getting here since the lot is mostly packed. Overall experience at the 43rd Ave. and Thunderbird Rd. store is pretty good. Everyone is helpful and nice. No complaints there. What I have noticed for the second time around is the deli and a particular worker that makes sandwiches. The same guy twice that I have ordered from wears the same gloves that he was working with to cut meat and make the sandwich and package it. I would think those gloves that he was working with would come off, put new one's on to cut meat and make a sandwich. I saw him once sneeze into his shoulder and then continue to make a sandwich. I won't go back to that Deli for that reason. Gross! Love the store and everyone that works there but if you are making food, let's be clean about it. read more

I used to love this Sprouts, I come every week! But the last THREE visits I've had here, the women's restroom is disgusting. I'm talking toilet paper everywhere on the floor, water everywhere??? It stinks like mildew. I understand one time but three times in the last month seems like a pattern. If they can't keep the bathroom clean (I would rank this as important), then what does that have to say about their kitchen or fresh food they prepare? I suggest this location pay more attention to the bathroom and keeping it pleasant-ish. read more

I love the products Sprouts carries, and this location has awesome markdowns and manager's specials frequently. Make sure you check the clearance section in the back of the store. Unfortunately I've had quite a few bad interactions with staff here, issues with coupons, etc. And the checkout lines can be really long because they mostly rely on self checkout. read more

Let me preface by saying my shopping experience was 5 stars. The store was pristine clean and my cashier on all 3 occassions was very polite and friendly. My first visit was Wednesday 3/20 probably around 530 pm (can't find that receipt) and the cashier was so very friendly and told me to go find the items I forget even while she waited. Thankfully, there was nobody behind me while I did that. The other shoppers were friendly too. Great vibe from this location. I dropped to 4 stars after checking out with a bill of $380+. Coming from the bay area, I'm used to expensive shopping bills. However, I also shop at Whole Foods and don't feel the price was comparable. As I'm not a local, perhaps that is typical for 4 plastic shopping bags of food, but seemed expensive to me. As someone that is gluten free, mostly dairy free, and vegetarian, I had a harder time finding a big variety of items. For example, I'm used to multiple GF frozen pizza selections, but the selection was extremely limited IMO. I haven't shopped at Sprouts before, so I can't compare to other Sprouts stores. This was still my preferred shopping store in the area. The items I did purchase were all fresh and felt totally safe in the shopping complex. read more

I have shopped here 2-3 times a week for the past 6 years and wow the customer service has dropped substantially. Tim the manager, has zero concern when people make complaints. Just stood here looking confused on how to answer simple questions. Apparently the marinades they use on the pre-made meat products aren't sellable and they don't know the brand since the bags are blue unmarked bags. Multiple times in the past some of their more experienced staff have offered that as an option and charged for the marinade. It's incredibly sad to see managers running a team that has no comprehension of decent customer service. When I told him j wouldn't come back he literally said, "Good! Don't!" Christy the cashier also had terrible attitude. No hello, just scanned like a machine even when I made the complaint to her first. read more

The managers at this store are lacking in customer service. I went in to return an item with a digital receipt on their app and the female manager on duty accused me of wanting to return something I didn't buy. This new receipt system had just been launched and apparently she wasn't aware of it. Her tone and choice of words used with me didn't sit well with me. As she handed the cash to me she slammed the cash register and shoved the cash into my hands. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. I chose to just say Thank You and walk away without causing a scene. I went and sat in my car fuming and almost in tears. I have never been disrespected like that in front of other people at a grocery store like that. I called back the next day as it was still bothering me and spoke with a male store manager who didn't even care to get details and just told me he would speak with her. Didn't even ask too many details of who what when. I asked for a call back with outcome but he refused to do that. His tone and patience in talking to me didn't sit well with me either. I was in a rush when picking up a dozen eggs at the Sprouts in Castle Rock, CO. I didn't get a receipt for the purchase. When I got home I realized the eggs cost $10.91. I accept responsibility for not checking but for them to have the audacity to charge that much for eggs is reason enough for us to never again shop at Sprouts. read more

Today was uniquely bad. I fully checked out. Then the self check out froze and I had to start over. I asked if the store manager could just type the charge in as custom. They said they could, but they won't as it would mess up their inventory system. It isn't the register person's fault, but corporate policy and management behavior???? Next, the boss proceeded to tell me that it was my choice to use the self checkout. Apparently at Sprouts it is my fault for using the checkout system. Honestly, this is my favorite store usually but I have a Fry's closer. The rude behavior, no help and sarcasm is shocking. A small discount for my inconvenience at least, or even just some understanding and help to quickly resolve. 2 star...terrible experience, but still the best produce department in the neighborhood. I regularly shop here however, over the past several months the quality of the food has dramatically decreased. It doesn't matter if it's organic or regular food, processed or vegetables, expect to have mold or other issues with the food.
