i was shopping in the sprouts store and needed help, and the cashier Kristina helped me find exactly what I needed.

I don't use Sprouts a lot. I usually use a chain down the street, but my last couple of visits there the chain didn't have the ingredients I needed. So a stroll over to Sprouts. One of the nice things is, it's walkable form my house. The store is always clean. Every item, sale or not, is well marked. They offer made to order sandwiches and sushi. But have both premade for those in a hurry. It's the veggie section I seem to use the most. They have a great variety of hard to find veggies and herbs. And they are fresh. They are located in Shoppers Square strip mall. Since its huge remodel a few years ago, this area is very busy. Sprouts shares the large parking, but spaces can be hard to find during peak hours and you need to watch out for the drivers, they don't always look out for you. Probably the biggest reason I usually walk to this store. The staff have been very friendly and helpful when I look lost. read more

I don't come here often but when I do, I always buy a sandwich at the deli cause they're so good. I brought my friend this time cause he had never been to Sprouts. This time, I was not acknowledged at all by the 5+ staff members in the kitchen. They were all talking and laughing while I stood there holding my order slip up to make sure they knew it was ready. Two different team members walked by and didn't say anything. They had all seen me at some point and still didn't acknowledge me. I don't know how long we ended up standing there before I just threw my order slip in the trash and left. I guess I should have known the vibe was off when I first grabbed an order sheet and pencil and the lady stopped preparing a sandwich to stare at me asking if it was ready. Like no??? I JUST picked it up?? Either way, it's a cool store but this was a frustrating visit. read more

This has become my neighborhood grocery store since they opened a few years ago. For the last year, it doesn't matter what day of the week or time of the day, they're always under stocked. Poor selection of meats, very little selection in prepared meals, produce out of stock, etc. The staff are always friendly, but it always feels like a waste of time shopping here. Random products disappear, such as Topo Chico or the cat food I bought regularly that was $5 cheaper than the Pet Station next door. If you like Sprouts, stick to the one in South Meadows. It's bigger and is consistently well stocked. read more

This was our first ever Sprouts experience, and although the staff was incredibly helpful, upbeat and kind, the produce selection was very sparse, not restocked, and there were several vegetables that were rotten on display. read more

Quality/Quantity - Was trying to go to Beloved Bakery next door, and of course showed up on the only day they were closed..... So we decided to check out the bakery items here. Sorry, ended up at Pangolin Café, see 5 star Yelp Review. And because we attended the grand opening of your Carson City location (see other review), we wanted to check out this location. Sorry, still not a customer, but my daughter is... I guess she has more $$ than me, lol. Atmosphere - A clean organized location. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. Service - Good. Price - Above average. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2002 and with your 450+ locations. 8 more locations should open this year. read more

Yes I went shopping at this location, and absolutely fell in love with this store. The cashier I had was Adam and was so wonderful cheerful and made my sad day turn around. I wish there were more vegan options but I still think they do pretty well with having something for everyone! What happened to this Sprouts? Someone from Corporate needs to investigate. We have been shopping there for years and now we won't return. We did an online delivery order and got cantaloupe twice. Both times the melon had actual BLACK ROT. You touch the melon and it caved in at your fingertips. Cutting it open and the inside was BLACK (see attached photos). I complained and the manager offered a refund and fresh produce, with an apology. Husband and I went in today for the refund and fresh produce, the cantaloupe on the shelf had the same black rot (the manager said he removed the bad produce. Really?). Touching the melon and it caved in as it had previously. The watermelon was the same, as was the avocados. The worst was the display of gourds at the front of the store. They had actual MOLD and FLIES buzzing around. Isn't that a health hazard? Shouldn't the Health Department investigate this? Hubby showed the mess to the manager and he offered hand sanitizer for the mess on our hands. I walked out. Unreal. Don't shop here unless you want to get sick. So much for trying to eat healthy. Walmart has better produce than this. Wow. read more

Sprouts always has the best produce at fair pricing based on their quality. Their staff always ask if they can help me find anything when I'm there and that always creates a welcoming environment. Their deli also offers various priced food options. My fave are the $5 sandwiches. They usually have good deals going on throughout the week too. This is my forgery store of choice. read more

First time with Sprouts Catering for holiday meals. So Far everything went very, very well. I found it easy to order online and I used my credit card to reserve the order. Scheduled a pick up time for today. Pickup Couldn't have been easier and they charged my card when I get my stuff. Easy to follow reheating instructions. If it is not 100% delicious I will update my review, but everything I get from the deli or sushi counter is always great. All things considered, cooking and seasoning from scratch, or going out to eat, the prices are great. Thanks Sprouts Team! read more

I really liked this store but they got rid of hand baskets. It's unfortunate people have to steal, but it's an unfortunate cost of doing business. I put in a complaint, the company as a whole was prompt in replying, but this location doesn't care one bit. I've talked about it here and there and have come across a handful of people now that won't go back in. Locals that were in there like I was, many times a week. I reached out to main sprouts support on this matter, just so the store manager is aware this is a clear money losing move, and again, no one cared to reach out. Thankfully a competitor is never more than a few minutes away! read more

Sadly after a year and a half of regular shopping at this store my rating has tanked from 5 stars to 1. Teri in the deli was absolutely obnoxious, inconsiderate and beyond rude on my recent visit. (And I'm not speaking about the asst manager Teri). This old lady was yelling at customers including myself, was very unpleasant to order from and made me walk out the door shaking my head. There has been so much employee turnover and the new folks aren't getting trained properly as a result. I won't be back and will continue to order remotely instead. read more

I visited the store today and I go often since it's close by my house. I never have any issues or problems. When checking out the new cashier Stella seemed nice at first she had a sprout clip on her hat. So I thought she will be a nice person to talk to. I brought my own bags But during check out she didn't even say anything just scanned the items and threw them with an attitude didn't even say anything and then put my receipt on the counter. She then greeted the next customer fine. I called the store to report this but I don't think they will actually do anything I will be going to Whole Foods instead it's out of the way but worth it especially if this is who they are hiring read more

Sprout's is a great store. The store on Plumb Lane needs to move the smokers away from the front door. It smells terrible even when the Sprout's employees are not smoking there. If you need to contact the management property company to move the ashtray away - please do that. read more

I've been coming to this market frequently, and my experiences usually range from good to absolutely excellent, primarily thanks to Anna, one of the cashiers. Anna assists me almost every time I visit, and she is a absolute joy. She always has a genuine smile on her face and possesses the best attitude. Honestly, it's some of the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. She consistently turns a routine grocery trip into a great day. Unfortunately, my experience at the deli counter recently was the exact opposite. I went to order a sandwich and, as a first-timer, didn't realize there was a paper form I needed to fill out first. I stood waiting for assistance, and a staff member named Teri walked up, mumbled something, and immediately started to walk away. Because I couldn't hear her, I politely asked her to repeat herself. Teri responded with an incredibly dismissive attitude, acting as though asking for clarification was a major inconvenience. She then repeated, "You need to fill out the paper," speaking very condescendingly, as if I were unable to understand basic instructions. Even after I explained that I had never ordered a sandwich here before and simply didn't know the process, her attitude remained hostile. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and off-putting interaction. If it weren't for Anna completely turning my mood around at checkout per usual, I would have walked out incredibly frustrated. Management has a real gem in Anna, but they desperately need to address the customer service standards and basic courtesy at the deli counter. read more

C'mon Sprouts, I bough your store made stuffed bell peppers with ground beef. I guess you didn't know that you cook the beef then put it in the bell pepper. You don't put it in raw. Quickly popped in to Sprouts to pick some microwavable rice because (a) I'm too lazy to cook it the long ways, (b) I'm already hungry and (c) I was in the neighborhood (down the street at CVS). This store is really neat, it has a huge selection of fresh and frozen food, plus a good amount of ready-to-eat and heat-and-serve prepackaged meals. The store is very orderly, the isles are clean and the shelves are neat and organized. All their displays are impressive and the food looks enticing. The employees are cordial and nice. My brisk shopping experience was positive; I will need to by again in the future. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I think it's important to recognize acts of kindness these days. Yesterday, my mom needed help finding a specific item in the store. A tall young man working in the produce section noticed she had a question and stepped in to help her out. To her surprise, he spoke Spanish and was able to communicate. She didn't catch his name, but his kindness really meant a lot to her (and to me) and I just wanted to make sure he gets recognized! Thank you for having such a kind employee. I live near this sprouts, and I have been coming to it since it opened. This morning I had a lousy experience on so many levels, that I walked out without buying anything. From the minute I walked in and the cashier was short with me about a bathroom code, to when I tried to check out and the same cashier told me that she was closed, even though there were no other cashiers to be seen. Instead of helping me anyway, she said "where did everybody go?" During my visit, I had to get the attention of a manager walking by (who nearly ignored me as well) to be served at the deli, even though there were seven people working there pretending they couldn't see me + two at the sushi station. The convenience food shelves were so incredibly empty at 11 AM on a Saturday, that it looked like they had been ransacked. Two of the items I normally buy at this store are no longer carried there. I literally have no reason to go back. I used to enjoy shopping here, I'll take my money to Whole Foods and Natural Grocers instead. read more

I told him one time that one of the items I always came in to purchase was almost always not on the shelf. After that, there was NEVER a time when I went into the store that it was not on the shelf, and that was due to Simon's managing. Great service for my lunch pop in! I ordered a deluxe roast beef on Multigrain and added light mayo and mustard. It was delicious and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved shopping around and found a few deals on supplements I buy. I paid $6.99 for my sandwich; great deal! I would order the white bread next time. This grain bread was a bit on the stale side. I've tried their turkey and cheddar on white bread, and that wasn't dry. You can't beat this deal for a made to order sandwich. It's a clean store, and I love that their organic products aren't as expensive as other grocery stores. I just have to remember they make sandwiches and sushi rolls; I picked up a freshly made roll while I waited for my sandwich to be made. I'll be back! read more

Always a pleasure to come to the store. Today I was in the mood for one of the chicken club sandwiches from the deli. Each time I write a review, I hope people people can see what an amazing sandwich you can get for just $5.99. The price has not changed post Covid. It is a giant sandwich, fresh deli meat, made in front of you. One of the amazing things about this, as you can actually adjust any of the signature sandwiches. You can change the cheese, the meat, and the toppings and they don't charge you anything extra for this. Today I ordered two of the chicken club sandwiches on whole-grain. I changed the lettuce to spinach, and I had them add some ham to the chicken and bacon. The charge for extra meat is one dollar I think. Today Hunter was my sandwich maker. He did a great job as you can see in the pictures. there is a order slip for you can mark everything you want, and go shopping while they make your sandwich. But I usually like to stay at the counter and Watch lol. I did do some extra shopping, they had some amazing nearly perfect looking baking potatoes, got some smoked bacon, bell peppers, Vidalia onion, everything for some homemade hashbrowns/O'Brien potatoes bacon and eggs. The checkout person was really nice, the person bagging the groceries was really nice. Everyone's just really nice. I love this place! read more
