I have now been seeing Nicole for lash lift/tint and brow lamination for about a year and a half and can't believe I'm just now documenting this love letter to her/the whole team and their skills. A few highlights: 1. I literally get stopped on the street/at work/the grocery store/etc. by random people all the time asking about my brows and where I get them done. If you do not like compliments, do not go to Spruce & Honey because people will be randomly hyping you up OFTEN (and so will they!!). 2. There have been instances where I show up to my appt and Nicole says I could go more time (saving me money long-term!) and reschedules me. There is so much integrity in the business here and I always can trust I'm not getting something I don't need. 3. Every person that works there is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel like you're walking into your friend's house to hang. I look forward to coming here every time!! 4. The products they carry are thoughtfully selected and researched (often by Nicole's incredible facial extraordinaire sister, Linda @ Handsome Folk) and they truly believe in everything they sell. I love getting gifts (mainly for myself) here knowing I can trust what they put on their shelves AND I'm supporting the best small biz with the best people. 5. My husband gets his brows waxed here now bc he also loves Nicole and it's his one "self care" thing that I don't have to beg him to do. Just don't question it. Not only do the ladies at Spruce & Honey get the job done, their speed, precision, and welcoming energy is unmatched. I saw Darien for a Brazilian Maintenance and Keely for a Brow wax & tint. Darien was super friendly and had me out in 15 minutes. Keely was super friendly and super knowledgeable; I had never had my brows tinted, and she gave me some great insight and advice - I am already obsessed with my tinted brows! Keely is amazing! I am from a big city and this is the best wax I have ever had. I had a special occasion with the main request that I could not get bumps which I warned her was next to impossible due to sensitive and hyper-reactive skin. Not only is she professional, but has amazing products to help with the healing. She took the time to reshape my brows and many of my friends have noticed. And not one bump! I really appreciated that she took her time to listen to my concerns and needs, explained the process to me as we went along (even though I am a long-time waxer), asked frequently how I was doing, and let me check along the way. So glad I was able to get a appointment here while I was passing through Bozeman! I had a lash & brow tint and Brow & lip wax. I have had horrible eyebrows pretty much my whole life and after my experience here I feel like a new woman! I LOVE my eyebrows! I've never said that before. I've also had iffy experiences with brow & lash tinting and 50% of the time i'm unhappy with my results but I couldn't be happier! My eyelashes are super black and amazing and my eyebrows are the perfect shade of brown and she didn't stain my face! That's a first! My appointment wasn't with Keely though I'm sure she is fabulous too, I had Adriana (?I think that's right) and was very impressed! She was lovely and made me feel at home. Not to mention how adorable this space is, they have tons of amazing things for sale also! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, if I lived here this would be my go to!
