He was awesome, very professional, ran his legs off going back in to get keys of the different trucks I wanted to look inside of, he was knowledgeable, and personable, even if he was a Florida fan!!! I was dress in my Tennessee Orange Vol attire. Everything about the dealership was an Awesome experience, from test driving, even if I took the wrong turn to a dead end ( got to see how the backup cameras worked !! lol Signing paperwork was a breeze , and they worked to find me the best interest rate for financing. From start to fin absolutely horrendous service from this dealership. I bought a truck from this place and I regret even walking in the door. The sales man from the start screwed up my information in the computer so I Had to go to the bank that serviced my loan and get the phone number fixed. They then let me drive almost three weeks on a tag that was supposed to be transferred off my old truck . so I was driving illegally that whole time. There's more but final straw is I scheduled a first service on my truck through there app for a Friday service. Received multiple emails reminding me of service. I go there on the 3rd of July to find they're closed for the holiday. At no point did I get a call saying they're were closed. I go up they're and the sales person tell me I shouldn't have scheduled through the app cuz it doesn't work right. WTF??? Really??! I was scheduled to leave for a a trip out west on Monday but now I have change my plans because this dealership can't seem to get anything right . Was looking at one of their used cars, but got a brand new 2026 for $1000 more!!! The drive was an hour and a half there, BUT totally worth it because Ian Buchanan went over and beyond , by working directing with my financial company. Seamless transaction . I think I was in the sales room for a total of a half an hour just signing a couple documents and was back on the road to get home with my new car. I bought a truck cash there and was told I had 3 free oil changes. Unfortunately they all need to be done within the first year of buying. My mistake, so I go in for my free oil change and was told that was not valid. I ask to see the manager and he hesitantly decides to give me a free oil change so then I tell him I'm going to post that on social media I was then told in that case no free oil change and told me to get out . He was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them and will not be buying anymore trucks or having my vehicles serviced there. All over an oil change. read more

I bought a Chevy Silverado from there a year ago and I've had the truck there 4 times for the radio and now I've had a problem with the transmission and they keep saying it the crank case pressure sensor. They're taking forever to get it fixed and with what I do for a living I need a truck and they only have ev cars as rentals and refuse to find a rental truck for me.
