I've passed by this place a ton of times and we happened to be nearby so I thought why not, I've always been curious about what it's like inside. We went in and looked around for maybe 10 minutes. The lady asked us if we were looking for anything specific and I told her that we were just taking a look around. She was watching us closely the entire time and while I understand the obligation as an employee to keep an eye out for theft this was beyond justification or reason. She literally FOLLOWED US out of the store and was standing out front very clearly staring at us in our car. She got her phone out and was trying to stand there looking inconspicuous but it wasn't very subtle when she angled her phone towards us and took pictures of our license plate. There were other people in the store, none of whom she did this to. And while she also was probably not trustful of me (I'm a young goth woman so ppl sometimes stereotype that I would steal) she definitely was paying my boyfriend much more attention. I vaguely was aware of her eyeing us while we were shopping but he was more cognizant of her watching HIM specifically and there's a reason for that. If the store has any alternative explanation as to why nobody else in that store but the young black man was watched like a hawk, followed to his car, AND had his license plate photographed I'd love to hear it although I doubt I'll believe it. We could hardly sneak a foot long dildo or any of your dollar store porn out of there even if we had a desire to. To anyone who's a minority thinking of shopping here please just be careful. I'm sure there are employees here who are perfectly nice and will make you feel welcome but this woman could put someone in serious danger or at the very least make you really uncomfortable :(
