Horrible experience. They broke our glass baseball clock and then threw it away without informing us. They left pieces of glass in the area which caused us injury. I had a good experience the first couple times we used them. Then we had issues with the staff showing up hours earlier than the scheduled time and it didn't work out for us. I was still charged and that was over 2 Months ago and have been unable to reschedule or get my money back. The company told me they would not issue a refund because I canceled even after I informed them their employee showed up hours before the scheduled time and I had a new born sleeping. We were on the lookout for another cleaning company and Spruce responded quickly with a quote. There was initially some hiccups in our first scheduling but it ultimately worked out. They have been coming out for Bi weekly cleanings for a little over a month now and I could not be happier!! Patty handled us the first 2 cleanings and today we had Jade. My husband and I were SUPER impressed today!! Patty and Jade were both personable and friendly and Jade really went above and beyond today. Oh man, I was so excited to have my house professionally cleaned by Spruse from all the raving reviews. Initially, the house looked good from the surface, and after living in the house for 2 days, I'm completely underwhelmed. I did text Patty (who cleaned my house) and kindly gave her the feedback. We paid for a deep clean + a few additional add on's and everything looks half-done. Cue tears. The windows in my kitchen and master bathroom weren't touched. The floors are still dirty. The soap scum in our bathroom is still on the sinks, shower head, and drains. I should have asked the ladies what a "deep clean" entails, so I could manage my own expectations, but I felt confident they were professionals and wanted to win over my business. I called and got a quick response from someone to schedule a first deep clean. He booked it and referred me to their web site to confirm it. They sent me several confirming emails. Then this morning, an hour and a half before I expected them, I get an email saying they are "temporarily closed in this location." They won't get a second chance with me. read more

HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. I had a regular cleaning scheduled (or so I thought), but when I called to ask when the cleaner was coming I noticed that I had not actually completed the instructions they sent to me about how to book a cleaning. This was completely my fault, but the owner (who is at the Seattle location I believe) quickly found someone on his staff that offered to come in on her day off. I was having company over after being out of town for 5 weeks so did not have time to clean myself. PATTIE came to my place and she was an ABSOLUTE delight! I will be moving soon but I think I will book a recurring service at my next place both because of the customer service on the phone, and will 100% be requesting Pattie every time. I hired Spruse cleaning for a post construction/paint clean. Prior to their arrival, there was dust EVERYWHERE. Patty called upon her arrival (we were coming in later from out of town) to confirm she had gotten into the house, and confirm what our expectations were. At the end of her cleaning, she sent a dozen or so pictures to show us the work that had been done, and even followed up with us the next day, to confirm we were happy. This was a HUGE job for one person to tackle. Not only did she get it done, but the quality of work was incredible! We will absolutely hire Spruse cleaning again in the future! read more

What a HORRIBLE experience, after I finally got my cleaning booked (couldn't fit me in until the day before I was supposed to turn in my keys) the price had went up more than advertised, I was supposed to get a move out cleaning, and was charged hundreds of dollars that had already been taken out of my account...I cleared out my apartment so all they had to do was mop, vacuum and make the place look presentable. Later on my scheduled day they sent me a text message saying they couldn't clean my apartment because they seen a few flies flying around. I was there a little before they arrived an seen not one bug or fly present. So apparently this company can't clean your place until it's already been cleaned???? They can wear a mask and inhale strong chemicals like bleach, but a fly will scare them away and somehow put their safety at risk? What kind of lazy incompetent cleaning service expects a place to be spotless beforehand? Now it is too late to book with or pay someone else to clean since I have to wait for a refund to hopefully be processed, and my keys are due to be turned in, so I am out of time. I am very DISSATISFIED with their service and communication; they were not who they advertised to be and would not let me use any of my coupon codes. We have used Spruse clean our home 3 times so far. Weekly. The first two cleaners missed some pretty big areas, I paid for a deep clean on the first, she didn't touch my main floors and they sent someone out the next day. A reg cleaning on the second, left my white floors with dirty water streaks. After communicating my expectations to Austin, he suggested upgrading to the deep cleaning. I decided to give them one more chance and I am so glad I did. Karly was amazing! She was very thorough and the floors looked like I had done them myself. I requested for Karly to be the only one to come out from now on. Karly gets 5 stars but the company 4 because of the issues we had the first two times. read more

Austin and his team did a great job on my Airbnb! They are easy to communicate and their website makes bookings super easy. We have two vacation rentals need lots of cleaning every month so we have a higher standard on the result of cleanings. My assigned cleaner Patty cleaned everything so well and exceeded my expectations, she left the bathrooms spotless! We have the kind of floor that can look dirty easily but she made a great effort to clean it. Wanted and paid for a thorough deep cleaning. I had to go through the entirety of the house to dust and get windows and floors cleaned. We discussed the widows prior to booking, needless to say they were not done. Husband not happy either with the job. Said we paid too much for sub-par work. He and I had to go over floors, throw out all trashes, dust and and clean restrooms when we both had other obligations. The issue was we had to STOP, and do the deep clean ourselves after paying for a deep clean. House was left dusty , floors "not" swept or mopped. And kitchen seemed to have been untouched and windows not done. They sent one person to do a 2 person job that was not smart either. Anyhow save your money and hire a better company. I should have took a photo of all the dust husband and I picked up after the supposed deep cleaning was done. It was bad. read more

I hired Spruse cleaning to do a deep cleaning, the quoted me a price of $135 and charge me $150. A lady showed up alone and said it was too big of a job for what she was being paid, stayed for less than an hour. I complained to a Jackie and an Austin at 206-502-8227. We wanted to try out a cleaner for our Airbnb which we usually clean ourselves and decided to go with this company after reviewing various quotes. We booked the standard cleaning and they did a great job. They even made sure we were happy with the results before leaving by having us do a walkthrough! Our floors were so clean after, I was able to walk barefoot without worrying about them turning brown. Something we had an issue resolving when we cleaned ourselves. We did find chocolate stains and food particles on the couch and under the table from the previous guests, so if it's a detailed cleaning where furniture is moved for vacuuming and couches are treated and cleaned I would suggest going with the deep clean service they offer. Overall very friendly with great customer service, great pricing, and great results. We will definitely be using them again in the near future. read more
