Hailey - Wedding Coordination I could write an entire essay about how wonderful Hailey was, but to keep this brief... Hailey was the reason my wedding was such a smooth and seamless experience for both the wedding party and guests. From my first call with Hailey to see if we would be a good fit, I could tell that she not only understood weddings but how to plan and execute events. She has a wealth of experience in other types of events, such as major music festivals, and that expertise really shines through in how she approaches any potential problems. For example, my wedding required buses to move people between venues and without Hailey my guests would have had a lackluster experience trying to find ride shares and figure out where to go. Each wedding has its own unique elements, and I am certain that Hailey will be able to tackle any type of challenge. Hailey also has extreme attention to detail, and asked questions I never even thought to ask. I was so appreciative of this; she caught errors in contracts and scheduling mixups from my makeup artists. You can tell that she truly loves this type of work, and she does it incredibly well. She also is great at managing people. I had a large wedding party, with 13 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen. By the end of our rehearsal, she had figured out how best to wrangle the group and keep their attention (aka by playing Simon Says). She is also just an incredibly kind and thoughtful person, and I truly enjoyed working and speaking with her leading up to the wedding. Hailey was truly the best vendor I worked with, hands down (and I had a lot of amazing vendors). Lionel - DJ Combining the DJ with the wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made. It just makes so much sense. The DJ and the coordinator need to be in lock step with each other, and by hiring both through SPTLGHT it made our wedding day go so smoothly. The DJ didn't have any questions, knew all of the key beats to hit, and was equipped with all of the knowledge necessary to make it a great party. Lionel is particular was amazing, and I am so glad he was available. He is not only an incredible DJ, but very quick on his feet. My father gave a 27 minute speech... which did not give the DJ a lot of time to get through the dance floor songs we wanted. Thank god for Lionel, because he not only got through all of the songs we had wanted, but had the best and most fun transitions. He kept the dance floor energy so high, and many guests have commented to me how that was one of the most fun and high-energy dance floors they had experienced during a wedding. Photo Booth SPTLGHT also offers photo booth services! They offer customized digital and printed photos, that were designed to match the aesthetic of my wedding. They matched the colors and art deco elements perfectly!! The photo prints were super cute, and very high quality. They also give you access to the entire digital suite, so anyone who misplaced a photo can be sent them digitally. It was great because I did not have to worry about managing an additional vendor, because they were hired through SPTLGHT, Hailey and her team managed everything! Vocal Talent - B. Rose My husband and I determined very late in the planning process that we actually wanted live vocals to accompany us down the aisle. We were rather nervous about finding talent 2-months before the wedding, but thanks to SPTLGHT it only took 1 phone call to handle. On top of everything else SPTLGHT does, they also manage vocal talent. Hailey and Lionel asked about the types of songs we would be interested in and the vocal ranges. Within a day, we had locked in B. Rose who is an incredibly talented singer that fit the exact vibe we were aiming for. As I've mentioned before, having vocal talent also managed by SPTLGHT meant that the singer was fully in the loop with timing, key beats, and all essential information. And because they all knew each other before my wedding, any questions were handled, and I had one less item to worry about. Lio and Hailey are amazing! We hired him for our wedding at private residence. Prior to the big day Lio stopped by to meet and review the venue. He truly wanted to understand needs of the day prior to. He's organized, thoughtful, great attention to detail, and very pleasant. Day of he worked side by side with my wedding planner who was blown away by him. The best part was that Lio custom cut/edited a few songs for me. I wanted a specific song but the sequence wasn't perfect. Lio edited for me to move all the pieces around into the perfect order. We also needed a simple cut for our first dance and he nailed it. I truly cannot say enough complimentary things about SPTLGHT Entertainment for a wedding, specifically DJ Lionel Miranda and Hailey Matthews with LVDiscoBooth. I was insanely impressed with how personable and professional Lio and Hailey were from the get-go. They absolutely killed it! Within hours of submitting a request for info, we were on the phone talking through the event. I love a list, and I immediately felt confident in their abilities based on the detailed questions that were asked and the packet they had me fill out to make sure everything was in order. They went above and beyond to fulfill my dreams, including a double DJ set-up (the ceremony was outside and the reception was indoors), this GORGEOUS GLORIOUS photobooth backdrop, and even a small prank I wanted to play on my husband where Lio played the first few seconds of Seal's Kiss From a Rose prior to playing my husband's pick for our first dance. When planning a wedding, you always hope you have the type of experience where you don't have to stress about things the day of, and Lio and Hailey truly made that happen for me!
