The mechanic AAA recommended wasn't answering the phone so we googled auto repair near her. Integrity Auto came up with glowing 5 star reviews all over the web. We called and Allen assured us he would do the best to get our girls back on the road. Unfortunately it wasn't a simple cracked radiator hose it was a compressor and some belts broke $750. Sounds like a big job. He got the car after 3 pm and gave us the bad news. It would need parts not available until tomorrow We got the girls a hotel and the folks at integrity let them use their van to drive to the hotel! Can you believe that? 2 18 year old girls and they went out of their way to go above and beyond. They promised it would be done by Noon. It was done at 9:15 am. And they were on the road by 10 am. My daughter had my AMEX which they don't accept so he allowed us to pay over the phone. It's people like the folks at Integrity that make this country great. I feel a little safer with my teenage daughter driving cross country with people like Allen and the guys at Integrity out there. They live up to there name.

Andrew serviced the transmission but the knocking etc was still present and the check engine was coming on. Brought it back to Andrew and he said the sensors and seals are the issue so had them replaced, still didn't solve the problem. I brought it to tms tire and had Andrew come out and hear what I hear and he said he's never heard the knocking, which I disagree with what he said, so he had hooked it up and the code came back as the engine!! Andrew doesn't do engine's he says so I took it to a auto shop in eau claire and I was told that my engine is shot and needs to be replaced!! I had spent 3,000 up to that point and it was always the engine. I was taken advantage of by having things fixed and/or replaced that really didn't need to be like the seals and sensors; the problem the whole time was the engine!! I won't be doing business with them after learning this. I had to get rid of the sonic because I can't afford the repairs and bought a 2020 vehicle in eau claire. Andrew was always nice and I felt he would be honest with me on the problem with the car and I don't feel he was with me. Disappointed

He didn't even have the keys and didn't drive my truck before giving me an incorrect estimate! How can you do an estimate without the keys?! Even with him stealing $640 from me, I still saved $1000 firing him! I posted the estimates at the bottom so you can see how he tried to scam me! He promised to refund my money and has intentionally avoided repaying me for days so, I must escalate the situation and report him to the police for theft! Demands multiple cash payments before starting the work! After inspection of his inflated estimate and confirming through another shop, I requested a refund. I posted the estimates so you can compare for yourself. I'm still waiting for my $640 cash back... Will update if/when I get it back. He claims he's waiting for his account to be credited but if he paid cash that doesn't make sense. I will ask for him to provide the receipts with my money back. After I fired him, he had the audacity to call and ask if he could to borrow my truck to move a bicycle!!! They charged $425 per hour for extra guys that did nothing but get in and out of the passenger seat of the tow truck! They refused to negotiate on the tow bill and have a policy of holding your vehicle hostage until you pay their extortion. To top it all off vehicle came back with less fuel than when they took possession. I had always thought that this was a local business that valued their customers, then I used their services.
