As if there is an excuse that warrants them just not showing up. Their reply to my review is as insensitive and rude as was them deciding to just not show up. I will repeat, for everyone who takes the time to read this; they didn't show up, they did not apologize, they did not return my phone call and they didn't even attempt to reschedule the appointment! When I called to inquire why they would do this and that it was unacceptable, the shop was going to call the tech who evidently has a bewitching hour that he will not work beyond; and they were to call me back and advise: Crickets! So, I went to Apple Auto Glass and it was humorous. They told me that they hope Safelite never goes out of business as they were the best referral that Apple Auto gets. Apple took care of my windshield, did it when they said they would and even gave me a discount b/c of the trouble Safelite caused me.... Read that again, Apple Auto gave me a discount b/c Safelite gave me such a bad experience. Make sure to check Apple Auto out and if you do choose Safelite, good luck! If you select the early morning drop off just be aware they will not start on your replacement until the end of the day, so despite dropping my car off at 8AM my car was not ready until almost 6 pm, and I ended up having to wait after work for them to finish. I have had this happen both times, so it WILL NOT DO YOU ANY GOOD TO GIVE THEM MORE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The damage was extensive, and we were worried that our vehicle was beyond repair. After completing a careful inspection, the Gerber team came up with a repair plan and proceeded to do top quality work. It was clear that the safety of the vehicle was their top priority - and some of the modern electronics in our car made that challenging (e.g., distance sensors and lane detection sensors were all impacted by the accident).
