I am amazed at the excellent quality of the repair Square Luggage did on my 7 year old Eagle Creek roll aboard suitcase as well as the incredibly fast turn-around time for the repair. The suitcase has been (literally) around the world, took some hits, and needed significant repairs. I initially bought the Eagle Creek suitcase because of their lifetime guaranty promising free repairs. I sent it to Square Luggage and was amazed that it was returned in a few days. The suitcase was returned so quickly that I was afraid they were going to tell me they couldn't help. Instead, the suitcase looks better than new. Good old TSA ignored the TSA-approved lock on my suitcase and broke into it to inspect. This damaged the zipper and resulted in a lost zipper pull. I contacted the manufacturer for replacement parts which were not available. I was able to make contact with Steve at Square Luggage. He had the appropriate replacement parts and sent them to me a thousand miles away! Like one of the commercials says, "Who does that?" Well, Steve and Square Luggage did. While my suitcase isnt expensive, it does stand out on the luggage carousel. The pouch was ripped open and zipper missing on my recebr flight. United Airlines has Square Luggage on their list to fix these things no charge. Square Luggage had FedEx pickup no charge, did a great job fixing it with no visible signs, and had it back to me via FedEx in a few days. Great job! I sent off my "mature" Eagle Creek 22 inch suitcase that was limping because one wheel lost its cover. Eagle Creek told me to send it to Square Luggage. I sent it off on Monday afternoon with UPS. Friday afternoon it arrived home with two new wheels. Awesome. I knew that Eagle Creek has a great warrantee but did not think that my case could be fixed and returned so quickly. Again Awesome.
