I dropped my iPhone when I was at ACL this past weekend. My screen cracked and was starting to have sensitivity issues. So before you sell your broken iphone on craigslist or some website, call Adam Felix. He literally made my iPhone 5 look new in like about 20 minutes. I was about to sell my iPhone 5 for about 1/2 the price because it was so bad and a friend told me about Adam and Icracked. Not only was iCracked the least expensive iPad screen replacement, it was the easiest and highest quality I could ask for. I called for a tech at about 8 am and Monte responded within 5 minutes. We discussed what needed to be done and he came out to my office over lunch hour. After checking that all other functionality remained operational, Monte spent about an hour and a half cleaning out all the old glass shards and installing the new digitizer screen. The result was a like new product. After spending several days using my iPad I remain convinced this was a very high quality installation. Of course the 99-year guarantee is nice. I dropped my iPhone 3S recently and shattered the face. I wasn't ready to replace it because I was waiting for the iPhone 5. Fortunately, I found iCracked in Frisco TX, and called. Within just a few minutes, Will Person called me back, and agreed to meet me within the hour at a Starbucks near me. He did, and within about 2 hours after I'd broken my iPhone it had a new face, at a reasonable price. It gets better. He drove from Knightdale to my house in Raleigh (which was essential for me as I recently injured my back and have limited mobility) on a Sunday night for the repair! icracked is a hidden gem! last night was MY SECOND TIME using icracked (the time before was a thousand miles away in a different state!) and am again so happy with how it turned out. Monte ended up fixing the LCD connection too, which was so helpful and beyond his call of duty. I took my son's phone to Jeff at Smart Cell Phone Repair on Friday Sept 4th, Jeff had already left for the day and I called the after hours number. He came right back to his shop and repaired my son's cracked screen. I could not have asked for better service, he got it fixed and I was good to go on a Friday at 4:00 before the Labor Day weekend, I would have had to wait until Tuesday if Jeff had not came back and fixed it for me. Kudos for Will!!! (and no raspberries?!) We have an iPad 2 and 2 iKids... Needless to say the inevitable happened, dropped electronic. The speaker in my phone went out. I texted Eric and he had a new speaker and was able to meet up with me almost immediately. When he came over to my house, he was very polite and knowledgeable.
