My husband pointed out that the art work should go in the "attic". He was then told, my the guy who was leading the team, that he had his own way of packing and suggested my husband let them do their job. When they presented the bill, they figured the hours wrong, but my husband caught it. So, the truck was packed terribly! The last 3rd of the truck, they just threw things everywhere. I had to literally unpack that part and repack it myself! Only to find that behind the "mess" the load could shift, during a long haul! Frustrated does not begin to explain my feelings. After repacking the back , there was more room that we could use. Upon arrival to our destination, the moving company we hired to unload began unloading the truck. Once they got past the first third of the truck, they turned and asked who loaded this mess? They were so upset, they threatened to call Ablaze and tell them what a crappy job they did. I had already spoken to the owner and he did credit me 50.00. Nice gesture but not nearly enough for the giant headache we had to deal with. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them. They might have a better crew for moving trucks, but their labor crew is the pits.
