Only leaving one star due to pulling up and needing to clean my car. I only googled the place so I can clean out the garbage in it and some guy within 30 seconds pulled up and told me "it's for customers only", which I was confused about. I said I just wanted to clean out my car and I guess you have to purchase a car wash in order to use the trash cans. when I asked for somewhere nearby that would let me just clean out the trash he said he didn't know and then pulled off when he saw me and my kid get back in the car. I would've considered getting a car wash but someone being RIGHT THERE waiting in the parking lot and being completely dismissive from the jump made me not even ask for prices. read more

This is a pretty nice place to wash your vehicle in this part of town. Nothing comparable to what I was use to with Kevin's Car wash that has all of the fixings for your car. I do like the fact that when I go in the evening, I can vacuum my car without being in the sun. This is what it is for now but hopefully they can add some extras for the VIP members such as myself read more

A man from St. Louis did call me, told me he owned this car wash. He also told me he wanted to see my car, because he didn't believe his car wash scratched my car. He would be in KC the 2nd weekend of Feb. And would call to meet with me to see the damage. Soo.... nothing so far, no call. I can only hope the Attorney General for the State of MO will light a fire under this person to rectify the damage HIS carwash caused. My mother's car was completely scratched up at this car wash...hood & top of the cab. She noticed it when she went to chamois it in their lot. I tried to help her take care of it, the car wash manager took us through the whole process of filing an accident report and getting multiple repair estimates, and then they just denied all responsibility and said "We can't help you" ...basically putting the blame on her...now I know my mom, and she always took really good care of her cars...and seriously, how else would her hood sustain thousands of tiny scratches...? Thus, really we have no recourse, except to warn others. And now that I see the other reviews on here with the scratched paint-jobs, it's pretty obvious that they have an issue and don't have the hutzpah to address it. I have used Squeaky Clean for several years with all of my cars. I have never seen any visible signs of scratches or damages to finishes.The cars come out very clean - all around, and the blower system seems very efficient with little towel drying needed. Free vacuuming and interior cleaning supplies make it my "go to" place winter or summer.
