They could actually vacuum underneath the seat and the mat without someone having to instruct them to that's not employed there. They can give the free air freshener instead of not giving it. I'm tired of paying as much as I pay to get my car cleaned, and it only comes out half ass. I am tired of having to ask for things that should be completed with my car wash. Service- My car was VERY dirty and I had s some time so I stopped here to get my car serviced. While I paid $50 ($55 with the ) for the best wash they had along with them interior cleaning it was worth it. Staff was kind and engaging from the moment I got to the booth. My car was very clean inside and out and it didn't take them long to do it. The piece was worth the convenience. read more

Definitely don't feel as though quality matches value. Pretty expensive for a subpar cleaning. Plus staff were rude. Wouldn't recommend.

There are several car washes within a few miles of my house and when I bought a new vehicle I wanted to keep it clean so I tried them all. Charlie's was my favorite and did the best overall to get my truck clean and I ended up getting the quick pass membership. The facility and staff are nice and they include vacuums and and air house to dry out the hard to reach areas after your wash. My only complaint is frequently after I go through the wash there is still soap on areas of mg truck and the wash doesn't get the inside of the fender wheels. read more

Team did an incredible job cleaning exterior and interior of car. We noticed a piece missing from our vehicle and wasn't sure if it had come off during the wash or previously and members graciously checked the entire tunnel and cameras to ensure it happened prior to our arrival. SAVE YOUR $ DONT GO HERE A BUNCH OF KIDS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CLEANING A CAR!!!! I went here 1/13/24 Saturday I paid $25 for exterior ONLY & an extra $4 for the dry towel wipe down which the female never offered or told me about the monthly service for $10 per month for the first 3 months! Then I clearly asked them do they wipe the door jambs so they don't freeze she told me yes! I went up to the automatic I asked them before I pulled in to spray it off with water to loosen all the dirt from my dirt road which they did for a quick 10 seconds. Well I pulled in to get the wipe down with dry towels these kids LITERALLY wiped of my truck for 20 seconds & said your good SMH they half ahhhs cleaned it got home & my truck was FILTHY as a pigs pin! I have had my car washed here several Times, always with consistent quality service. I typical get the exterior and interior done an always please on how well they clean the interior and windows. Never any streaks or having to ask them to touch up anything. I would consider this car wash best in class, the experience is constantly good. Regardless of which shift or group the car is always sparkling clean inside and out!! Highly recommended. read more

I've had the fast past for quite a few years. I have to say over that time the fast pass is not exactly fast. Nearly every time I visit which is frequently, someone gets in the fast pass line who either doesn't have a fast pass or wants to buy a fast pass. When this happens, it take a very long time to get them through the gate and cars in the regular lane cruise right through. Its frustrating for the customers that have the so called fast past to sit and wait. I recommend some signage be placeed well in advance of the gate that directs customers who want to sign up for it to stay in the right lane. Many customers think that fast pass line takes credit cards. You need to respect those customers who pay for a fast pass, otherwise I will take me and my 4 vehicles somewhere else. read more

This place was so awesome. So professional, the customer service was amazing... They got my vehicle so clean in such a short amount of time. And trust me, my car usually takes such a long time at most other places because my kids destroy my car terribly and I am not good about getting it cleaned often... But they were so polite about it and had it quickly handled. I would definitely recommend this place. It's not even close to my house, but I believe I will be traveling the extra distance to go there from now on. read more

A friend told me this was the best place to have your car detailed. I must say I was skeptical, she sung high praises about how clean, etc about her servo. I will tell you right now she was correct! My son had borrowed my car for he and his dog to go to Estes State Park in Colorado and also to visit friends in Texas. I can't tell you how many bugs were on the front of my car or how much dirt and dog hair there was, but I can tell you how CLEAN it is now! Truly worth every penny! Once again Charlie's has priced the lacking service they offer, they did away with the works package it's now alla cart and way over priced for the quality of service. $20 for signature wash then $25 for selected interior service. Windows are cloudy and bugs are still cracked on the front. Many other options in liberty for the value Charlie's is out for us. Choose wisely it not worth the cost. Any longer new places are coming to liberty that offer better service. read more

They advertise $10.00 a month for the first 3 months, but nowhere do they tell you that they will begin charging your account $25.00 for the fourth month. I was not given a receipt or any kind of account number. I have been trying to cancel the $25 for the last three months. The young man that signed me up because 2 times he had to go to the booth and ask a question. I sincerely believe that it was his first day on the job. I have taken a picture of the signs they had out advertising this promotion and NOWHERE does it state they will continue to bill your account. I call it fraud and a good way to rip people off. It is a very sad situation because the young people that actually work the wash side and the ones that clean the insides of your car do a magnificent job. read more

Generally really love this place. I own a black car and they are hard to clean. BUT nothing looks better than a clean black car! Whenever I am in Liberty I stop . Love the convenience of the auto charge lane. I would have given 5 stars but for some reason this time my car had water streaks on the side and a rather dirty back. read more

This car wash used to be efficient and wasted no time in getting cars through the line. Express lane worked well until one night when it didn't. They have no plan for how to move a car out of the path when a driver without a sticker decides to attempt the express lane anyway. The last time we visited, there was a long line. This is because, in addition to the large sign explaining the services provided for each level of wash, a girl with a placard is stationed just before the cashier so she can explain in detail just exactly what you get for your $13 (which used to be $12). Not worth the hassle, not worth the extra dollar. There are a lot of car washes in this area, no need to return to this one. read more

Exactly same problem as everyone else here.. Tues 3:00 In the afternoon and it will be 30 min or longer to get the interior cleaned..girls in the hut say this is "prime" time.. really?? I have tried to give them a chance but I haven't been able to get my interior cleaned without a 30-90 minute wait in the last year.. time for me to move on.. too frustrating for me to waste anymore time here.. read more

I am a super detractor. I believe there are 20,000 better car wash businesses in the area to truest your vehicle cleaning to. Charlies is grossly overpriced. They follow strict procedures to limit the quality of cleaning you receive and honestly, your car is guaranteed to come out of the tunnel spotty, less than half dry, and forget about management trying to resolve it.... they basically say "oh well". read more

I have been a LOYAL Patron for well over 5 years - I pay the $129 mo for full service car wash - for the 3rd week in a row I have been told on a Monday & today Tuesday - Not peak times such as Sat or Sunday that if I want my interior of my car cleaned ( which I paid for ) it will be 90 minutes - To start with, I have NEVER until now ever spent 45 min waiting - and the fact they have 3 Gossiping Little Girls Down in the Hut that Cars pulp in to check in and a shortage of cleaners in the Detail Bays screams poor management - how about one girl ring in the New Customers and the other two help clean the small amount of Cars that seems to be a Struggle ? Next - the Kids are paid $8.25 - $8.50 Hour ..... you wonder why you have a labor shortage ? Part time Cashiers at Target make $14 a hour read more

Semi ok service ! They rushed me through the automated car wash they didn't even give me a chance to put the car in neutral till half way through.. secondly, if you opt for the tire shine only, you'll be stuck behind all the people getting full interior detail service cause there's no line just to simply give you tire shine and let you be on your way, and everyone cleaning cars was moving so slow and joking around, all the cleaning took forever... alittle frustrating read more

Had our car washed at Charlie's Car Wash near Liberty. Paid for the high dollar wash to get interior cleaned. Floor mats didn't look like they had been touched, still full of sand and film from salt. Car still had bird droppings and dirt on exterior in several places. We will not recommend or return to this car wash. read more

This car wash badly scratched my car today. Multiple swirls of fine scratches. I highly recommend going to a touchless car wash instead. Their equipment is brutal on the car. read more

Sometimes they do a good job detailing my car. Other times they don't. I wish they did because I pay a monthly fee to have unlimited washes and used to do unlimited interior clean outs but they removed unlimited clean outs from their available unlimited services. read more

It's going to be tough to continue coming to Charlie's. After they changed from Green Lantern, time to get the inside cleaned changed from normally 15-20 minutes to well over an hour. I have given them a few months but they haven't improved. They need to figure out how to schedule enough employees. read more
