We read her reviews on Facebook - which were falsely positive - but boy do I wish we had read the bad reviews on Yelp. Best case scenario: She does NOT know how to deep clean. Worst case scenario: She's a con artist who took advantage of a young couple buying their first home. She also came when she said she would. That gave me the sense that they were pros we could count on long term, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here.
