I knew when I spoke to him over the phone he would give it his all to help me. I had a very difficult project that 3 other reps from big companies came out and flat out said no without even trying. My job was not just difficult it was time sensitive/ potentially costly and so stressful. George said he would be over the next day, low and behold even after working long hours in the blistering heat all day, he came and not only did the "impossible" job but went above and beyond. Brian was very pleasant got right to work, unfortunately a part was missing but George (poc) brought it up within 15 minutes and Brian was busy the whole time getting the rest of his equipment set up and started on the solar panels using his bucket and brush.
