I originally spoke with Cesar to power wash and repair a clogged gutter spout and ended up with just the latter. I needed to remove a plant growing from the downspout and found there was more of an obstruction than we anticipated. Cesar worked diligently for approximately an hour clearing dirt and flushing out old pieces of roofing. He also found holes in the pipes and came another day to patch it for free.
