After some construction work, we needed a thorough carpet cleaning of windows the house and clean up of garage. Our house is a new construction (7 years old) but we had never cleaned the windows since we purchased the home. When I contacted Josue, he responded right away and gave us the appointment at our desired time!. On the day of the job, Josue and his partner arrived on time. This cleaning job was challenging since our house has 3 floors and they needed to get pretty high on the ladder. Josue was well prepared for the job with the right equipment. He and his partner spend almost 2.5 hours cleaning all the windows, tracks and screens. We were surprised to see the amount of dirt and debris that had gotten collected around these windows! Both Josue and his partner effortlessly performed the job and they were even singing the whole time! Later they pressure washed our garage. Our windows look like new and the view is so clear now! The garage floor also looks brand new! It's clear that Josue enjoys his job and the proof is in the quality of the work. His pricing was also very reasonable. Uses messaging and email for updates and billing which is super convenient and immediate.
