I have some issues not so much with the window cleaning, but with way they left our property. The washer on their hose was not secure, so when they attached it to our outdoor faucet, a good amount of water was spraying on our stucco and stamped concrete. We asked them to use another faucet near our xeriscape, and same problem. Now our decomposed granate is like mud and they walked several times through the xeriscape leaving footprints. The stamped patio needed to be cleaned soon, but looks worse now. Some of the windows were streaked on the outside and you can see waterdrops. I had to go back with window cleaner. read more

Used this business to clean our windows. They left streaks on our windows and left a lot of debris in our window tracks. I called to politely let them know about it. They kindly offered to come out to rectify the problem. No-showed both times. Sat around waiting. Missed one sons basketball game and the next day missed other sons baseball game. They advertise that they clean the window tracks as part of their service. Never heard from them after that. Cleaned them myself. They got paid the first time they were here. Guess it wasn't worth it to come back to make it right. Update: Upon reading my yelp review, Daniel IMMEDIATELY contacted me, asking what he could do to make it right. He came out last year and cleaned my roof, my solar and replaced a few screens. He was on time and reasonably priced. He did an EXCELLENT job. A year later my roof still looks brand new. I wish more people in my neighborhood would clean their roof, it went from utterly disgusting to almost new looking!!! My solar IMMEDIATELY started running negative. I got an electric car about a year after getting solar and I thought the increased usage was due to the electric car...it was due to the dirty panels. I trusted a lot of the reviews on here, but had a very different experience with this company than others here. After speaking with the owner, I was quoted for deck class and glass windows after he Google mapped my property and saw exactly what was I referencing, and supposedly priced accordingly. The people were nice enough, and house windows did end up being cleaned fine, but I had to walk around after and point out all the streaks and spots after they supposedly finished, and they had to redo several windows. I also pointed out that the frames were still dirty, and was told they "don't clean frames," only glass. Perhaps that's standard with all window cleaning companies? It was a surprise to me because when you get windows cleaned, it should be the WHOLE window, not just the glass, no?! Speaking of the whole window, they also quoted cleaning the tracks of all the windows - all they did was wipe the dirt to the sides and call it done, so that all the side tracks are now caked with dirt. I was surprised when I found out they weren't popping out the windows for cleaning, but was assured they'd be cleaned. It's filthy and looks terrible, they didn't actually clean a single track. My biggest pet peeve of the experience was that they didn't touch the deck class claiming they "could access it," but still charged me $50 for it. It's nonsense because our entire back property is terraced and there were several places they could have accessed the deck with their "awesome 3-story window cleaner" that I was continually told about. They literally never touched either side of the glass, and weren't even going to tell me. I had to walk outside and was shocked that it was still dirty after I paid. The main reason for my review is that I told the owner about all of these issues and he basically shrugged and literally said "oh well" because I had already paid and they wanted to leave. I even texted him after and gave him a chance to make it right to refund the amount for the deck glass they didn't touch, but he didn't even respond to my inquiry. The whole experience was a total bummer because I was really looking for someone to come out regularly to clean our windows, and it was just bad. I would definitely never use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

So I decided to use YELP once again to get bids. This time to clean our solar panels. As soon as I selected 5 businesses, and clicked to request the bids, I received a text from Daniel within minutes and a phone call within 2 minutes. He had an opening a few hours later and he was cleaning our solar panels the same day. Great pricing, prompt communication, and we were able to pay with VENMO. I found Daniels window cleaning add on Facebook and I decided to use him because he was different than the other people I contacted because he actually followed up. It was easy to book an apt, the reminder reminded me as a text and a couple days before. I was also notified when they were in route. Two super nice and polite professional employees showed up and literally did an amazing job. I have a 5000 SF home with a back wall with all windows! I have 78 windows and they did the job in about 4.5 hours, it got a little dark and they told me that if I woke up and didn't like anything to contact the owner and they would be very happy to come back and take care of it. Overall they did a good job - but I'm disappointed by couple of issues: 1. They did NOT clean the Insides of Window on high ceiling because they do NOT have ladders to reach them. The insides of the Window still has dust and dirt - I was not aware of that limitation 2. There was miscommunication viz. Cash Discount and Receipt. The person that did the cleaning told me that I had to contact Daniel for the Invoice. Daniel told me that will NOT be able to provide a receipt or Invoice since I paid cash. read more
