Ironically, they had a truck in front of our building. So I called and made an appointment. We had just moved into a new apartment and we wanted our windows cleaned outside as well as inside. Given an estimate and they scheduled us. The scheduler/washer was actually living across from me so he assessed the windows from his vantage point. After scheduling and price estimate, our scheduler, Nathan called to mention that there was going to be rain and if we wanted to move the window cleaning on another day. They asked if we wanted the inside cleaned now and come back later for the outside. We agreed. They cleaned the inside of the windows and then some mirrors (this was going to be extra because it wasn't on the estimate). The next week on a sunnier day, they came to complete the outside of the windows then we asked them to also do the sea wall (clear glass on the balcony). Overall, they did a great job so I would ask them again next spring. The building itself probably will do a wash once a year. Kudos to Nathan and his team. read more

They cleaned the windows fairly well, but did a poor job on the screens and missed the majority of the sills, both were specifically contracted for. Ridge did not return any texts or phone calls.
