The lady at the front was super helpful and kind and the location couldn't be better for what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place! Just make sure you don't pay more than 5-6 days late or you're locked out. Also always enter your entry number on the keypad so as not to set off any alarms. We can get our 25 foot trailer in no problem. The corners are a bit tight, though. I wouldn't recommend bringing a semi truck in and out of here. There are no dead ends, though, so that's great for big rigs.

Called and complained and boat was placed in heated storage unit and supposedly dried. Brought boat home, first snow wrap stretched and a hole opened in the front of the boat. Wrap is loose, sags and has wrinkles. We have to manually remove snow. When we contacted Sandpoint Storage they tried to blame us said; we must have scraped boat on low hanging limb and knocked one of upright boards loose. We did not such thing. Also told us to bring boat back and they would look at it--but boat is now snowed in.

The shop inside is quaint and cool and they let you rent all sorts of equipment - pretzel and popcorn makers to drink servers and more. The people were friendly enough but it did take longer than I expected to simply return the vehicle. They only had one computer that would apparently accommodate me and it was busy for a while before I was able to be seen.
