It was like REAL bread like I used to eat before the allergies happened! I was so excited, I bought an embarrassing amount of bread and lemon cake and took it to our reunion and no one knew it was gluten-free! Also, it's worth noting that if you have other allergies (dairy/nuts/etc.), the staff is knowledgeable and will steer you right to what you can eat.
