And as a personal trainer I can tell that Melissa has an amazing understanding of the body, so I can be sure that I'm getting just what I need. Often I come to her feeling really tense after a long day of working with clients and sitting at my computer and she knows exactly how to make me feel relaxed, calm, and actually nicely enough a bit taller (which is a big deal for a short girl like me!). Clearly, Adam is using Groupon as a bait and switch - get customers in by allowing them to purchase Groupon vouchers, then not accepting them and instead offering a "deal" of a massage at 50% off. The customer is the real loser in the situation -- Groupon only refunds in "credit" toward other servics. I can see that the owner of this massage place figured out he could make more money by just offering his massages at half off versus taking the cut that groupon takes out. I support small business but NOT this one.
