Great quality, great care and upkeep of its cemetery, and good record keeping of its plots and records. Highly recommended. Contacted me mainly by email, but would and did call if needed. Provided good quality products for a good value. Very family friendly. You do have to pay for your plot and headstone upfront, which can get pricy if one doesn't save up for it first. My wife and I did save up for it and split the cost. We can pay for opening and closing of casket now at today's cost for the future funeral, and pay for this when we're ready. And my wife who wants to be cremated, can also pay for it all at today's price and have it saved for the future when we die.

He even spent extra time with us afterwards and followed up with us weeks later to see how we were doing and to make sure we were okay. There is nothing more devastating than losing a child and still Bruce was able to put us at ease and gave us so much reassurance when we needed it most. Bruce is personable, and kind and has so much valuable knowledge. He was so understanding and is so well versed in grief - he was unbelievably helpful. In moments like these, this matters!!! This isn't just a job for him, he truly cares about people. He and his staff made sure my daughter's celebration of life service was truly as beautiful as she was/is! I would not go to anyone else for something as important as this. The funeral home itself is very nice and is clean and modern, which was why we initially chose it for our daughter. It is bright and doesn't feel dark and gloomy like many others do. From the bottom of our hearts - THANK YOU for your grace, kindness, compassion and knowledge. It was not easy for us the day Tyler helped us select a casket, the print work, provide information, etc. We never felt rushed, prodded, or like we were just the next in line. All the logistical items were clear, and his patience was never-ending with four sisters asking questions and making decisions. He explained everything in detail. He definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was so very much appreciated and comforting. Wilson Miller helped us provide a funeral that was absolutely perfect for our dad, they not only showed great respect, and care throughout, but were so compassionate. They walked us through, or handled for us, details we didn't know were needed. I will quote my brother who is not from the Midland area, consequently, has no knowledge of Wilson Miller but said they are "Top Notch", from having someone stationed at the door for people coming and going, to making sure the coffee was filled at all times. If you need a funeral home to actually assist you during the tough time of losing your loved one and one that makes you feel like they sincerely care about what you are going through, this is definitely where you want to be. He stared at me while I spoke and when I was finished, he said without any emotion, "thank you for your feedback." I did not receive any acknowledgement that he had actually heard what I was saying, and I certainly did not receive an apology. The lack of empathy that I experienced from someone whose career is rooted in serving people that are grieving is astounding. To echo my sentiments from yesterday, Mark, I suggest that you examine how you treat the people that are coming to you in one of the most difficult times in their lives. The way you treated me yesterday was at best, poor customer service, and at worst, cruel. I hope that you embrace this as an opportunity for you to learn so others won't have to experience the same treatment that I did.
