We feel Mike listened to us, guided us in decision making and was with us every step of the way. He kept things running smoothly through the Memorial service, the church service and luncheon, and the cemetery burial service. Provided good quality products for a good value. Very family friendly. You do have to pay for your plot and headstone upfront, which can get pricy if one doesn't save up for it first. My wife and I did save up for it and split the cost. We can pay for opening and closing of casket now at today's cost for the future funeral, and pay for this when we're ready. And my wife who wants to be cremated, can also pay for it all at today's price and have it saved for the future when we die.
