Small campground, but very friendly owners and a beautiful location. There aren't many campsites, but we were able to look across a large field to the grand Tetons. Clean showers and bathrooms were nice. There is electrical hook up at the site. The campground also had some games in the field, such as softball and cornhole. Inexpensive and nice stay.

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated (feels like you are in an upscale cabin) with a few tables and some tables outside. They bring out bread to the table with olive oil and tomato puree, but my gripe is they brought 4 small slices of bread in a basket to our table of 4. We had to ask for more bread twice (once to soak up the sauce from the appetizers). They could definitely be more generous with the bread, but that is minor. For my appetizer I ordered the gnocchi (brown butter sauce with crispy prosciutto, sage and mushrooms) which was absolutely delicious, I just wish it was a slightly bigger portion. I know it is a starter, but I always want more than 6 or so gnocchi. The texture was perfect, pillowy and soaked up the sauce nicely. For my entree I ordered the beef medallions in a green peppercorn sauce with asparagus and potatoes au gratin. This dish was also divine (though I could have done with fewer peppercorns). The meat was cooked perfectly and was a nice sized portion (6 medium slices of steak). The asparagus and au gratin were very tasty and went well with the dish. Others had the halibut with farrow which they enjoyed, especially the tomato jam on top of the fish though I think the beef was the better of the two dishes. There were 4 desserts and 4 of us so we tried all four. There was a blood orange sorbet (way too sour for my liking), bananas foster cake, ice cream with fresh berries and a chocolate bread pudding. We enjoyed them all (others like the sorbet) and one in our group said the desserts were the best course. Overall we had a really nice meal and it is fairly good value for the quality and for being a 3 course menu. The only thing to improve here is the service. They only had 3 servers we saw and while our waitress was friendly, she seemed new and overwhelmed. We had to ask for out water to be refilled a few times, for more bread (we asked, it did not arrive and we had to ask again), and she did not come by our table often. She had forgotten a request to put a sauce on the side (no big deal) and we had to flag her down for the bill. Again not a huge detractor, but for an upscale restaurant you would expect more attentive service. All that said, the food was fantastic and I would recommend coming here for dinner.

Beware the limited menu (about 3-4 selections in each category) but that's a good sign, not a bad one, when it comes to a fairly small restaurant and the need to have fresh ingredients. The weather didn't permit us to eat outside, but I'm guessing it's even better when the patio is open. Lodge: the patio and main rooms are nice, the guest rooms were ok but for the price ($1500/night for us for two people) we found the furnishings and construction a bit cheap. The service was excellent and the people wonderful. But the price was high and -- most important -- the fishing was meh. Between two of us we caught maybe 10 trout in 3 days in June which is supposed to be a good month. I'd recommend the lodge for couples. For fishing buddies you might be better off -- and spend a lot less money -- at a more casual place.

We used to love coming here year after year…read morebecause it was a nice and well maintained spot to camp and pretty central to just about anything in Idaho and Wyoming. Now the weeds and trees are all overgrown, no one is maintaining the land. We have watched several cars pull up to use the washroom which means they aren't changing the code on the doors. It looks like people live here permanently and there is trash and garbage strewn throughout. This will be the last time we stay here. Move on down the road if you are in a travel trailer.

The bartender inside was hustling but super sweet, and changed one of the smaller TVs tucked away to the Michigan State football game for me, which was awesome. I kept popping in to check the score, and every time I sat down, I was asked if I needed anything by one of the servers. Service was on point here, even when it was a bit busier. I ended up sitting at a table on the deck with some friends later on, and ordered a half pound of buffalo wings to snack on, and Nate got a burger. The wings were good, pretty typical sports bar type wings. Others at our table got the Wydaho nachos, which are made with waffle fries. The plate was huge and looked delicious! The servers helping out with the outdoor tables were great at keeping track of everyone and it made for a really nice, relaxed atmosphere.

Our family has been coming here for a few years now for our family reunions. It's really big and…read morecosts about $1000+ a night in the summer. However, when you have 8 or 10 families splitting that price, it can be an affordable option. We tend to stay for an entire week. Nestled in the back corner of St. Anthony, Idaho, you can see the Tetons from the lodge and it's surrounded by grain and hay fields. (If you have allergies, be sure to bring your pills!) There is also a small-ish pond nearby with a couple canoes that you can play in. With 11 queen beds and a bunk bed, this sleeps a lot of adults (and you can pitch some tents outside as well on their large lawn and field). There is also a bunk room that sleeps at minimum 16 kids, 20 or more if they're little. It's a great place to dump all the cousins and grand kids at night. There are also 6 bathrooms, a washer & dryer, and wireless internet (though it can be dreadfully slow and spotty and different places in the lodge... they need to add a signal extender or another base station). There's a hot tub, tennis court, baseball diamond, volleyball net, air hockey, climbing wall, giant building blocks, ping pong, foosball, pool, and more. There's a slide that goes down into the bunk room and a separate small gym with balls and scooters and another slide for kids to play in. Basically, kids come here and play play play play play, and as a parent that's exactly what you're looking for. Low maintenance, high enjoyability. The kitchen is spectacular with two large industrial refrigerators, two ovens, and a large freezer and a deep freeze. There is also plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen comes stocked, but the quality of the cookware is sub-par (to be expected). If you're particular about your knives, you'll want to bring your own. The ones at the lodge are dreadfully dull. With a Broulim's grocery store just down the street as well, food is never too far away. As an added bonus, there's a large dumpster out back by a shed where you can toss your garbage once the cans fill up. One thing you should be aware of is that with a pond nearby, there are mosquitoes everywhere. Be sure to bring your spray or you'll be eaten alive. All in all, this is perhaps the best reunion center we've found to date. It comes highly recommended in my book.
