It looked as if something I could've done on a free app. I expressed what I felt and they just told me basically they know more of what I want than what I ACTUALLY want since they have been in the business so long. Not good value for money. Tested the service for 2 clients: 200 citations (June 2017) and 100…read morecitations (July 2017). Paid extra $$$$ for follow-up. 4 months later (Oct): 97 citations accepted (vs. 200 submissions, less than 50% success rate), and 22 citations accepted (vs. 100 submission, less than 25% success rate). Way way way below par. The follow-up does not seem efficient at all, just based on results 4 months later. Delivery of initial report is fast (2-3 weeks) and you get access to the listings (which enables you to improve their quality) but that's all there is in favor of the service. I got some good quality citations and some not-so-good, but this is at par with other services. I would not say "black hat", as black hat is something different and I don't do black hat. I would just say: not good value for money.
