Due to continued restrictions, our wedding had to be done outdoors only, and this location does not have the right set up for that. So Eddie, their manager reached out and spent time giving us all the options so that we can have our wedding this year. Without hesitation and without extra fees, he was able to relocate our wedding to another venue that that had outdoor setup and had the same dates available, all for the agreed prices from before. They had options to postpone to next year as wells Menifee Lakes was our first choice for a venue, and for those of you who are considering a wedding in 2021, we highly recommend this location. Their main hall has a beautiful chandelier that just adds a very rustic look to your ceremony. We are sad we could not have our wedding there, but are so excited and happy they were so flexible with changes due to COVID!! Their story of how they began this venue business with their own daughter's wedding is so touching, and it makes sense why they continue to invite others into their home to host such beautiful events filled with love. Kendra was our lead tour guide and ended up being our wedding day coordinator, and she absolutely played a vital role in how perfect our planning journey and wedding day went. The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime! The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us! I called MANY other companies before finding Torres Family Party rentals. They were quick to respond. It being my first time renting, they explained the process to me and made me feel confident and comfortable that they'd do and be exactly where they said when they said they would. They came Friday night and dropped off for my next day party so my daughter actually got a little alone time with her very first jumper. Justin was the one who delivered it. He got it placed just where we wanted it, got it all hooked up and then invited my daughter over to help him get it inflated. She LOVED helping and was so excited. JUSTIN WAS AWESOME! They accept Venmo and Zelle for payment which is SO convenient to us parents who can never seem to carry cash. Justin called before he came to let me know when he'd be arriving, and called again the next day when he was on his way to pick it back up. Honestly, this was so nice. So easy. I will definitely be using them again and will be sharing the love with all my friends.
