To be fully honest, when we were driving to Circle Oak Ranch for our initial venue tour, we thought it would be a bust due to the windy roads and lack of street lights. However the minute we got to the parking lot and stepped into the venue, we were speechless at the vast beauty of the estate. The oak tree immediately caught our attention, and every detail we saw after that drew us in more and more. Jennifer and Ron have done an amazing job at keeping their home and venue so well kept! Their story of how they began this venue business with their own daughter's wedding is so touching, and it makes sense why they continue to invite others into their home to host such beautiful events filled with love. They actually took part in making sure everything went accordingly on our special day, and we are so glad to have met them! I thought the venue couldn't be more beautiful the day we first visited, but when the flowers bloom and the grass becomes greener... WOW! Absolutely breathtaking!!! They have done a wonderful job with their upkeep. Kendra was our lead tour guide and ended up being our wedding day coordinator, and she absolutely played a vital role in how perfect our planning journey and wedding day went. I cannot emphasize enough how well she took care of us and our bridal party - I don't think I'll ever feel the same royal treatment anywhere, anytime else for the rest of my life! She was so patient and heard us out on every question/concern, and yet so very succinct so that when time came to make a decision, we were all on top of things. She has such a sweet personality as well, you can't help but smile whenever you're working with her! The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime! The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us! The venue at Circle Oak Ranch was amazing. The staff were just as amazing. The staff were very present and knew exactly what needed to be done. They were patient with my now wife on setting all the decor she brought up in a Uhaul and provided us ample time to setup the chuppah the day before. The Groom's suite was spacious enough to not feel claustrophobic and the bride's suite was just as spacious. It was an absolutely beautiful day at a beautiful wedding surrounded by beautiful people. Food was great and drinks were spot on. Ron and Jennifer were excellent hosts, great to work with and can't say anything bad about them or this place. The staff did a great job of coordinating all the moving parts. The preparation prior to the event was thorough, with a questionnaire that we went through with the coordinator onsite. WHERE DO WE START?? From first meeting Jennifer and touring the venue, we instantly fell in love. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and well kept year-round. Everything is so green and up-to-date. The venue was to die for! Jennifer was beyond prepared for our first meeting and had everything ready to go. Having the DJ, Catering, and Bartenders included in the Wedding Package made everything way easier because they had such a well established working relationship and helped bring everything together. Circle Oak does a Tasting Day well in advance of your wedding day and it allows you the perfect opportunity to feel like you're attending a wedding there and get to meet other couples, recommended vendors, and try all of the amazing food!! Where do I even begin? From the moment we met Jennifer on the tour of the beautiful venue, we knew she stood out from the rest. My husband and I truly felt she loved what she did and cared about each couple she worked with. This initial positive gut-feeling about her was what got us to book this venue the Monday following the Saturday we toured them (mind you, we had seen at least 10 other venues before them). Then, when we actually got to work with Jennifer and her team, their care and love was proven time and time again. Leading up to the wedding day, Jennifer and her team (hi Chelsea, Kendra, and Ron!) answered our millions of questions, were game for any and all requests, helped us with a lodging issue we had, and everything in between. We literally made so many changes to our wedding itinerary, even up until the last few days before and they all did it with a smile and positive attitude. I knew they wanted to make sure we had the wedding day we wanted and the wedding of our dreams. On the actual day of the wedding, we felt taken care of the entire time. Jennifer was our day of coordinator and she made sure to check in on us, was there with anything we needed (literally anything!), and made sure we were fed and our drinks were filled the entire time. Kendra is also a bustle QUEEN. I had a custom 9-point bustle and she knew how to bustle it and had my dress bustled to get into without even me showing her the video on how to do it! And Ron the man! He made sure to be there with his truck or golf cart for transport every time. Honestly, these people are top notch and KNOW how to do weddings. They were one step ahead every time and every need was anticipated and met. I cannot say enough good things about Circle Oak Ranch. The hubs and I are so glad we chose Jennifer and her team. There are no words to explain how Circle Oak Ranch helped me through the year I had planning my wedding. We fell in love with the venue immediately. Shortly after my engagement, I had a lot of health issues. My fiancé and I missed all the pre planning events besides one. I wasn't great at replying to emails on time. I didn't have much of a vision for my wedding. My goal was to make it to my wedding day and have fun. Chelsea was my coordinator and every interaction I had with her was warm and loving. As well as the rest of the staff. I knew I was in good hands. The staff is so well trained and amazing at what they do. I had little worries leading up to the wedding. I was 100% right. From the minute I showed up on my wedding day, Chelsea was there for me every step of the way. She matched my energy. I was relaxed and calm. I remember sitting with her outside the bridal suite as my bridesmaids were getting ready and my flowers were a little late. I wasn't worried as the venue is so pretty, you don't need flowers. Chelsea didn't seem panicked either and said they could make me a bouquet and all was good. Minutes later, my florist was there. But, she never seemed stressed out with all the vendors which put me at ease. I knew the staff had everything under control and it was going to be a wonderful day. The attention to detail at Circle Oak Ranch and level of care is something I can attest to. It was a little chilly at the reception and Chelsea made sure to pass out hand warmers. My grandma was served her plate as well as she has trouble walking. Also, they provided a golf cart so my grandma or any guests that had issues didn't have to walk too far. I have no clue how Chelsea managed to be in several places at once. She is fantastic at her job and has a gift for it. She made my day so much easier and I didn't want or need for anything. I received several phones calls from family, saying how great Chelsea was and how well run the venue was. I never went without a drink in my hand, and she was helping other guests as well. All I wanted to do was dance, and celebrate and they planned it perfectly to maximize the dancing timeline. I felt like a VIP and it was truly the entire staff at Circle Oak Ranch who were the VIPS. After a very hard year, I had the absolute time of my life that day. It was magical and there is nothing that I would have changed. I really felt that they truly cared about us beyond the wedding. I think this venue is so special because of the owner, Jennifer. The way every person in her staff treats you and is well organized shows how much she truly cares about making your day special. She has thought of a lot of details that make the day go by smoothly. She is very sweet and provided options for us if I had to postpone my wedding due to health issues. We toured this venue for our wedding and immediately fell in love! It offers everything we were looking for: a large, spacious venue, outdoor ceremony space, outdoor reception space with string lights, real bathrooms in a building, bridal suite, grooms suite and a hilltop for the bride and groom to take pictures at. Kendra showed us the property and brought a photo book to help us invision what we can do with the space and what they provide/offer. After the tour, she sat us down in the the office and went over pricing and gave us a folder to take home with important information. Our favorite things are that they do the wedding planning (you don't need to buy one), they provide food and a basic alcohol menu in the price and they provide a DJ. They also provide recommendations for florists, rentals, photographers, etc. They provide a lot of things you need like tables, plates and glassware so if you aren't picky, you may not need to use a rental company. All of the girls that work here are very personable, friendly and fun. The owners are a cute couple who built the ranch/venu. The husband hand built all of the wood structures which adds more personality and meaning to the property. The grooms suite has a pool table and fooseball table! So jealous! The bridal suite is spacious and modern which is great for pictures! There are mini fridges in both rooms to put drinks in for the bridal parties. So many people asked if I was stressed during the wedding planning process. Every time I would say No because the team at Circle Oak are incredible. You don't even need to think about anything besides the things that you want and they will bring it to life. I felt so supported, loved, and genuinely cared for by the team at Circle Oak Ranch. They care about each wedding and each couple that they work with. They put their all into everything. I had so many guests say that the staff was incredible on wedding day and also the Vendors. The vendors! I highly encourage working with the Preferred vendors that they have. They truly made everything come to life and they work almost every weekend with Circle Oak Ranch. They know where to go and who to talk to. Kendra was my day of coordinator and she was amazing. Kendra, we love you! There was a point where I was doing an outfit change, and I didn't have any of my bridesmaids with me. I was thinking, crap! How am I going to get this dress off. I'm waaaayyyyy overdue on this review! My husband and I got married here last August. I can't remember how I found this place, searching tons of wedding websites, but I'm glad we found it! I spoke to Jennifer on the phone and made an appointment and she was really friendly. We were also able to bring our dog with us. The drive was long and windy from the Los Angeles area but immediately driving onto the property, I fell in love! When we visited, the fountain/cocktail area was still a work in progress. We loved that Ron was doing the work himself! My husband is completely into that type of thing. After our meeting I felt like this was the place for us, but hesitated because how far our friends and family would have to travel. Luckily about a week after visiting, they had an "open house" with some vendors coming to the property. I was able to make a trip to the open house and loved how they set up everything to look like as if there was a wedding! After that day, my heart was set and we booked our wedding date shortly after. Communicating with Ron and Jen was never an issue. We also went to the property one more time with our photographer. We loved talking to them, they are so friendly and easy to talk to. The day before our wedding we were able to drop some things at the property with no problems. Our big day was perfect! It was mid August and people were concerned about the weather, they were checking Temecula weather which is so different from Fallbrook. The venue had a great breeze and you didn't feel any heat at all. All of our friends and family loved the venue and had nothing but great things to say about it. Someone got really drunk at my wedding and Ron and Jen were still very understanding with the mess. I had to hear about this the next day because I was pretty drunk too =) We also loved that we were able to have our dog, Pinto there during the ceremony. After he hung out in the groom's room. They still continue to make changes to the grounds, there's now a wooden path to the ceremony area underneath the oak tree. It looks gorgeous! We had every detail planned for a large wedding at the venue, but due to COVID, we rearranged to be just a small, private elopement in May. Big or small, this venue is just stunningly gorgeous with so much outside space (more than others in the area!) since it offers distinct, separate areas for you to have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything is spread out to allow for different decor, look & feels for each. I worked very closely with Jennifer (the owner) and her team throughout the experience and Jennifer is by far one of the most organized, sweet, and attentive people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The only thing I regret is not finding this place earlier! We had a mini-mony here after our original wedding was cancelled back in April. First of all, our micro wedding was in the midst of a terrible heat wave (114 degrees) and they kindly provided cold water to our guests. She is so warm and has a calming demeanor about her that is contagious. She was so flexible with all of our changes due to our military requirements and made us feel like we were her only wedding even though this beautiful ranch is pretty much booked for double hitters every weekend! You will feel like every detail is covered, the stress removed and be able to enjoy the day because of Jennifer (aside from your crazy family she cant help that :) but she tries!!) and she does this all effortlessly. Her attention to detail is impeccable, the timing of everything is seamless, and the property is maintained beautifully thanks to her super star husband Ron and his team! This place is a dream, you really have to soak it all in. I truly treasured every moment of going out for planning, rehearsal and our special day. This review is from a very happy bride. Yes, the venue is secluded about 20 minutes from the main freeways, there is limited cell service, and it's all outdoors. For me, those were all pluses. We didn't have to worry about the business of the streets and city around us and the drive there is full of covered trees that just prepares you for how beautiful their venue is. The lack of cell service allowed my guests to present at the wedding. Everything about being outdoors is beautiful. Jennifer, is perhaps the most lively, positive, warm person there is. After our first meeting, it was evident that she really took pride in being apart of your love story and making your day everything you could have wanted. Once we decided on Circle Oak Ranch for our venue everything was smooth sailing. Jennifer answered every email very quickly and was very helpful in the whole planning process. I recently got married here in August of 2018 and I can not say enough. From touring to the day of, everything went perfectly. At least it felt that way because if anything did come up, Jennifer and her team took care of it before I even knew it was a problem. For example, our marriage license was accidentally left at the venue and run over by a car. Only later did I learn that she searched the property, found it, and mailed it herself. The venue is thoughtfully designed and beautiful. My guests came up to me all night asking "How did you find this place?." Jennifer and her husband, Ron, are constantly investing money back into their property to keep it in tip top shape. Their pricing is very transparent and we were never surprised by any hidden fees. CIRCLE OAK RANCH IS AMAZING!! Jen, her husband, and team made the whole process so much fun and so stress free! This was my top venue choice based on interent research and when we went to view in person i fell in love instantly! From the simple beauty of the property to the built in flow of events this venue was everyhing i had wanted. It allowed us to get a more country feel while stll being in san diego which is exatly when my husband and i wanted! From the very first visit, Jen and her team were extremly responsive and never made me feel like i was being a bother for reaching out with any questions. They were very organized and on top of everyhthing which made me feel very confident. With the pandemic, we did have to postpone and they made it such a smooth and stress free process. My husband and I were in search for a venue with trees in San Diego County, which turned out more difficult than it seems! From the moment we walked onto their property we were in love. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning--with different sections of the venue dedicated to the ceremony (an AMAZING oak tree), cocktail hour, and reception--Jennifer and Chelsea were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first meeting until the end of our perfect day, they were exceptionally friendly, put us at ease, and had a way of getting everyone into their places without even knowing! Every vendor we worked with also had nothing but great things to say and assured us that we were in great hands. If I could leave Jennifer and Ron a 10 star review that's exactly what I'd do! There are not enough words to accurately describe how amazing this place and their team is, and specifically Jennifer as she is who mostly handles the communication side of things. My now husband and I first visited Circle Oak last spring while searching for venues and instantly fell in love. The property itself is extremely well kept and cared for and is one of the most unique/ romantic outdoor venues we could find in SoCal. But more importantly than that was the level of professionalism, kindness, and personal connection we received from Jennifer from the moment we met her! If you are in the process of searching for a wedding venue- this is SO important. I cannot stress this enough. Our June 2020 wedding was postponed due to Covid 19 circumstances, and yet again Jennifer was nothing but wonderful and helpful as we went back and forth on making tough decisions. She allowed us to create a completely different style of wedding than she has ever done before in order to best fit a "micro wedding" that my husband and I felt would be more appropriate for our families right now. It was AMAZING! We had a beautiful and dreamy wedding day that all of our guests loved. The grounds are STUNNING and Ron and Jennifer are some of the best people you will ever meet. They are continuously upgrading their property and seem to take great pride in their work. Was invited to our friend's wedding venue here last night. Can I say, WOW! The view of the grounds was amazing. Their ceremony started at 5pm. With cocktail hour following afterwards. Every location from the ceremony by the tree, to the location where the fountain is for cocktail hour, & the dinner area is amazing. When the sun went down, I loved the string of outdoor lights hanging above us. There was even an area where a fire pit was set up. There are courtesy shuttles (golf carts) that are able to take you to the various areas of the venue. Bathrooms are spacious! This is not just a wedding venue. They do corporate events as well! Oh, and since you're in the middle of nowhere, you will have no signal on your devices. Which is a great thing. This just allows you to enjoy your event. I did get a little bit car sick on the drive to COR. I felt like I was on Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. read more

When me and my husband were looking for a venue we came across circle oak and from our first meeting with Jen and Ron we felt so welcome and at home. They have a great way of making you feel welcome and their property is gorgeous! This helped make our decision to book so simple. During the whole planning process Jen, Chelsea and of course our coordinator Kendra made it less stressful and were wonderful in helping us make our choices and basically did all the planning for us which is also included in the cost when you book which is super helpful! I contacted them a few times because I had changed my mind on a few things and they welcomed the changes with no problems at all. Day of the wedding they basically did everything for me and were so good about keeping us all on time and telling us where we needed to be. I got so many compliments on how professional and nice the wedding just flowed and had no hiccups. Not one person complained or had a problem with the day of festivities. What's not to love about Circle Oak Ranch? Nothing! This is a dream venue--everything from the beautiful grounds, to having ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one venue, to wonderful owners and fabulous recommended vendors this is a WONDERFUL place to have an event. We had our wedding April 3rd 2016 but found Circle Oak Ranch January 2015. I feel like most venues would prioritize you as "low" until closer to your wedding date, but I never felt that with Ron and Jen. In fact, multiple times we had asked to come see the venue and they were always accommodating (sometimes for planning sometimes to show family or bridal party the venue). They are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They have an open house for all their couples that are getting married where you can meet vendors and see the property once a year which was great because we got to try out our caterer! Ron & Jen are not just super nice but very professional as well. It is great to have both a nice vendor and a professional one! What else is incredible about Ron, Jen and the venue is how much Ron & Jen put into their property. When we first saw the ranch they didn't have some of the bathrooms or the new cobblestone cocktail hour spot but they had told us some plans that they were looking to do and WOW not only did they do everything they told us they had planned they also added other new touches to the ranch. They put so much money into keeping the place nice, fresh and one of the best places in SoCal for weddings. To add to raving about the property, the huge California Oak, cocktail hour location(s), and the reception area are all gorgeous. We had 110 people surrounding the huge beautiful 300-500 year old California Oak tree and it was perfect! They have outlets for your DJ to hook up to play music and have microphones which was great. With the venue you get beautiful white chairs for the ceremony, however, if people want to bring in other chairs they can and I believe Circle Oak reduces the price. For the cocktail hour you have two choices: cobblestone area with fountain or up top near their residence and bridal suite. Both are beautiful areas. Cobblestone has more space but not the view from the top location...however it is still beautiful! You are also near the bathrooms by using the cobblestone area. We also utilized the grass area around the cobblestone because we had lawn games. The reception area is beautifully located under several trees in cobblestone with market lights strung from above. There is a fire pit that you can opt to use which was a huge hit with our guests along with a s'mores bar. Don't worry about it getting cooler in the evenings Ron and Jen provide several heaters and if you choose to use the fire pit you have that as well. We even had Jen turn down one of the heaters as it was too warm! Vendors. Although I don't want to get into specifics about our vendors. I will say Circle Oak Ranch does have a great list of vendors. You can choose to bring in your own or do a package where Jen & Ron schedule everything. We handled all of our own vendors--even though we pretty much used vendors from their list of vendors. I had over a year to plan so it was fine for me to do it all on my own. But I could totally see it being WAY easier to do their full package. Oh and one other random note... your photographer will get incredible photos here. Pricing. Wedding are expensive no way around it. I will say though every penny we put towards Circle Oak Ranch was worth it. All of our guests complimented on how beautiful the location was, as the bride I loved working with Ron and Jen and literally everything went amazing the day off (thanks to Jen, Ron and our day of coordinator Jessica from Project Perfections--who is Circle Oak Ranch's exclusive coordinator). I would highly recommend Circle Oak Ranch to anyone (even though secretly I'd want to keep this special place to myself).
