So I stop showing interest, told her I'll look at the site or email. But never did. Jessica called me back weeks later, answering everything with more of a kinder tone, and even waived the deposit fee. We RSVP for a session on a Sunday. Keep in mind on Sunday their office is not open, and if you're having trouble locating the studio; (which is found a street over, according the GPS) you will have no help. They have a team of photogs, and a stylist who select clothing and do hair and makeup. which is cool. Once completed with the different looks, and time to view photos it was two individuals prior to my son. We have been there for 3 hours, When I communicated with the owner of the studio Angela, according to her response, she let me know that each session is quouted 4 hours, and my schedule time was at 4pm so ideally it'll be ended at 8. Okay that's fine, we'll just go grab a bite if that's okay, and we'll be right back' since she had a mom and daughter who was ahead of us to view their photos. Angela express that they don't keep photos after the end of the session, and that it'll take about 20 mins or so for them to view their work. (yet she was with the previous person for a half hour), and the mom was waiting in the room with my son and I. Upon returning back (in 25-30 minutes. At 7:20pm) all the lights were off. The door was locked. I could see the lights on by the back stairs, I knocked, and call, left voice messages. NOthing, no call, which she had our contact because we filled out the sheet with our details. Nothing. This was a complete waste of our time on a Sunday. We could have went home, in the case we could have stayed home. We showed up a hour early, and we stayed nearly a hour late; for the owner Angela to not have the common decency to keep the duration of the time frame she reminded me of. Ps. I return back more than a half our before the ending of our session time, or twenty-five mins later. This was so upsetting. Even the next day I never received a call back. Days later I reached out to Jessica told her about the experience above, and she noticed in the notes no package was selected, yet she didn't think to follow up with a simple call. It felt a bit off setting from the time I entered to the time I called back after the experience. My son and I have not view any of the photos captured. I spoken to a supervisor and he explained that they're capable of emailing proof photos to me, but I haven't viewed them either. It the link was not clear, and didn't get me access to view them only to prompt me to change the password, I haven't reached back out to anyone, and I was waiting to make this review. All I can say is trust your gut, and read the reviews.

Which you don't get a chance to because they never answer their phones. I have left many messages now and they still have not refunded my money nor showed me my pictures or even given me a good reason of what is going on. Don't waste your time and don't give them your money. Once you get in, 1 picture is almost 400 and a package can go up to 800.
