I made a service appointment for 1:00 PM specifically to have my vehicle looked at, only to be told when I arrived that the 1:00 PM appointment was apparently just to "look at the service writer" and that it could take up to 24 hours before they even look at my vehicle. Why make an appointment for a specific time if the vehicle isn't actually going to be inspected at that time? If I'm told to bring my car in at 1:00 PM for a service appointment, I expect the vehicle to at least be evaluated around that time--not potentially sit there for an entire day. This is a complete waste of my time and extremely poor communication and customer service. If your service department is that backed up, customers should be told upfront instead of being given an appointment time that apparently means nothing. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of service I expected from a dealership.
