I got my car serviced on 9/22/23 for new tires. I had an appt at 4PM and it took them about 25 mins to get my car in the bay. My car was ready by 6PM. They took a bit longer and explained to me why. Went in for an oil change, they told me it was going to be a 1.5-2 hrs wait time. I waited for 2.5 hrs. They later came and told me it was going to another 2-3 hrs wait. I left and never got the oil changed. This is not the first this has happened. Will not recommend them!!!!! read more

I got a flat outside of Fortuna and went to Les Schwab tire Center as it was the only one around. I noticed when I got home that the first aid kit that I purchased with my jeep, stored in the spare tire well with the tire, was missing. I looked all around the car it was not there. I bought a set of tires from the Sanger store that had great service HOWEVER, pay attention to your tire pressure sensors for the proper tire pressure. The Sanger store said they serviced my tires to 35 psi but my sensor read 43psi driving off the store lot, the recommended pressure is 35psi and when I brought this to their attention they service guy stated that the heat would cause the pressure to increase. The heat will not cause the tire pressure to increase 8 psi at 9:00 AM in the matter of two blocks. I reduced the pressure to 35 psi and drove to Fresno and my tire pressure increased 3 psi when the temperature outside was 104 on Monday May 31st. Over tire pressurization will cause abnormal tire wear. Not a very honest answer from this Les Schwab mechanic https://www.firestonecompleteautocare.com ' blog ' tires If tire pressure is too high, then less of the tire touches the ground. As a consequence, your car will bounce around on the road. ... As a result, not only will your tires wear prematurely, but they also could overheat. Excellent first time experience with Les Schwab! Had a tire that needed to be checked, due to slow leak. Took it in, with three small children in tow. I was met in the parking lot by Juan. He helped me right away and took my keys. Inside was a very welcoming waiting room. They had a small table and chairs for the kiddos, stocked with crayons and coloring pages. They also had popcorn, and fresh delicious coffee! The wait wasn't too long, which was my fear. They took great care of us, and made it a painless errand to me to take care of. No charge for fixing the tire- which had a rather large wooden splinter in it. I will definitely be back for any future issues we have. Thank you Les Schwab! read more

This happened in early January but I wanted to leave my review. As I was about to leave work, my co-worker noticed I had a flat tire (big nail). They were down the street from my employer so I stopped by on my way home. It was 5 min til' closing but the gentleman who helped me told me not to worry about it and still serviced me. I tried to pay for it while I was waiting but was told there was no charge. Not only did they patch it for free, they put the spare away for me and reinstalled the newly fresh patched tire back in its place. He also warned me that my tires were pretty worn and would need to be replaced soon (I agreed, they were bad). I was very impressed by their prompt and professional services that they actually won me over. I used to have American Tires but this experience alone made me jump ship. Now my car is equipped with Les Schwab tires and I have referred them to friends and family. Thank you! read more

I had lost my lug nut key for my tires and I went to both Volkswagen dealerships to see if I could buy A new key but unfortunately they did not sell them. I bought a new Lugnut key from the official website of volts wagon but unfortunately it wasn't The correct key even though i ordered the the exact make and model as my vehicle. I went back to the Volkswagen dealership to let them know and they told me they couldn't help me takeoff my Lugnuts. I was left with no hope so I went into Les Schwab tire Center in Sanger and even though my Lugnuts were hard to get off because my car is a German engineered they still got them off and helped me tremendously. This morning I contacted the Sanger Les Schwab because my tire kept setting off the"low tire" car light. They promptly greeted me and quickly took my information and set me up with a ride to work. They quickly tended to my tire which had a nail and dropped off the car to my work. All of this was free of charge and absolutely blew me out of the water! They have me an update on all my tire, brakes and a few other items. Highly recommend them all! read more

I would give it not even a 1 star for their customer service. The doors open at 8am and I came in at 8 am to get my wheels alignment. They told me it will take 2 hours. I said ok...I will sit and wait. Here it's 20 mins until 10am and they haven't pulled my car in to do the alignment. The guy that works here name Juan who is the assistant manager tells me that it will take longer then 2 hours and if i don't want to wait I can take my keys back and leave. Maybe if i have only waited for 5 minutes and he told me that then of course I would have taken my keys back and leave. But NO not when I have waited already 1 hr 40 mins and then he comes and tells me that....Do you actually think I have 2 hours to sit here for nothing? Knowing I have it get it done even if I leave I would still have to sit somewhere else for another 2 hours. Smh...this is the customer service that the assistant manager here is providing. I will never take my car here again. My problem is don't tell someone a time frame and it's not met. Make it right and don't tell me that I can take my keys back and leave if I don't like it...this is BS!! read more

Les Schwab has super easy credit available! We got new tires for a great price AND had our rear struts replaced in our Maxima. It was really fast and the price was ok, I have had cheaper, but I have no complaints on that. The ONLY thing, ONLY THING, that I did not like about this place was that when we were waiting inside the waiting room, there were people there who brought all their kids and they were sick and hacking up crap all over the place and of course the sick kids went around touching everything. Totally disgusting. I would just recommend that LS find a way to deal with these kind of people because there is no telling what kind of disease they are passing along to everyone. Yuck. read more
