I called Seattle Town Car because my sister was arriving into Seattle on the morning of Saturday 02/09/2019, right in the middle of a snowstorm. I wanted to be sure she would not get stranded and a 4-wheel/All-Wheel drive vehicle was the only way to go. Seattle Royal Town Car has a whole fleet of them! With only a 4-hour notice, they were able to pick my sister up from the airport and bring her to my house in the Renton Highlands! These guys are professional, polite & AWESOME!!! I used Seattle Royal Town Car twice. They picked up my elderly father and I from his retirement community and got us to SeaTac airport in a timely manner. The most amazing part of the review is that I was able to arrange for them to pick up my father from the airport upon his arrival alone from an airport employee and take him safely back home. The owner of the Town Car Company called us when they picked up my elderly father to let us know they had him safely. This is above and beyond great service. I used Seattle Royal Town Car for a client of mine that need to be driven around downtown Seattle and Microsoft in Redmond. The driver, Guri was well prepared for the trip planning out the entire day. We wanted to be driven around in style and comfort so we choose to use the Tesla Model X. He also accommodated us and let us stream Spotify during the ride to calm our nerves for the meeting The ride was very comfortable, very clean and the driver drove safely. The prices were reasonable and better than others. If I ever need to use a service again, I will use this company and will recommend it to my company and friends. read more

We had a cruise to get to and planned three legs. One to the hotel, then to the port, then back to the hotel. They worked with me over email and were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. They were there 5 min after we called at the airport. He picked up up 30 min early from the port since we were off the ship sooner than expected. We had 5 traveling so we had a Yukon Denali for all legs and the SUV was very nice and clean. The owner took us on two of the legs and was considerate. The only issue I had was that the price I was quoted did not include tax. It was still less then then next best quote but I had to clarify this with the owner when I received my receipt. I also didn't like the up front gratuities at first but after our cruise I did not have any cash on me. I then realized the tip was already taken care of and worth it. This review is long over due but needed. I have used them twice previously and they were great so I was confident I kept booking such a great company. My 3rd booking, the ride to the airport was on time and smooth. However getting picked up at seatac to return home by them did not happen. Extremely frustrating when you you have a booked confirmation and your flight landed at 11:30pm after a 2 week trip and you have no ride. We booked round trip. Our return pickup- I had called when we got to baggage claim and knew which door to get picked up at per the instructions on the reservation and no one answered. Minutes later I call again and no answer so I leave a voicemail. Waiting... no call back. So I email.no response. What would you do, getting back from a trip this late and your confirmed transfer is not responding after waiting for 25+ min? Well we decided to get a cab. And the last I heard was just a email from them 10min into the cab ride asking which door I was at. They had my phone number on my reservation and I also provided my number on the voicemail I left them but they chose to email. Great customer service. Follow up would have been nice- I will just leave this review instead and hope that this isn't a common occurrence or At least helps people shop around a bit before they choose a guaranteed ride to book. read more

We used the royal town car to shuttle my husband and I between the hospital and our home for a surgery he had. Our experience was exceptional, we couldn't be more satisfied and we will recommend this service to anyone in a heartbeat. It has been a crazy time with the pandemic going on, and the protest inside the city and around the hospital. But Carmen and the chauffer (David I think) were extremely helpful and flexible. The car always arrived at least 5 min before the reservation, they worked around our time since we didn't have much control over the discharge time from the hospital, they made sure to communicate clearly when there were emergency situations, like the protest and riot in downtown making the trip not as safe and thus need to be rescheduled. Carmen is excellent in communication and I'm beyond grateful for everything she did so that my husband and I could focus on his surgery and not need to worry about the transportation during a pandemic plus a national emergency. I have serious buyers remorse over using Seattle Royal Town Car. I booked a Town Car service so that when I arrived in Seattle after a long international flights got, with my dog, I'd have a car and driver waiting. Instead I had to wait an hour for the driver to arrive. On my trip back to the airport the driver was again late, which meant I almost missed the check in window. I had to drop my dog with Delta cargo before going to the terminal for my own flight. The driver took me to the wrong location and didn't listen when I tried to direct him to the right place, thus wasting more valuable time. Then the driver lied about the length of time we were at the cargo facility, resulting in an extra $25 charge to me, which thankfully the company did refund. But when I saw the charges for the trips from/to the airport they were significantly higher than I was quoted because apparently there is a mandatory 20% gratuity, which was not mentioned in my quote. I don't care if that is listed on their website. When I customer emails requesting a quote, you tell them ALL applicable charges. Also, considering the poor service I received from the drivers I don't think they deserved a tip. read more

SO glad I went with Seattle Royal Town Car. Very responsive on emails and phone calls. Originally I was going to just get the shuttle but it was 5 dollars more (before tip) to just get a town car and go straight home as compared to dropping everyone else in a van off first and not getting home till like 10 or 11 when our plane landed at 0745 that morning. Our driver was fairly new but so sweet! I honestly can't imagine getting to or from the airport any other way now, it was so relaxing and the driver was great! I even got a call from the owner a couple hours after we got dropped off to make sure we were satisfied with our service. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! The car was clean and roomy and did have 2 use ports in the back seat for your charging needs. The ride was nice and smooth! This was honestly the best experience I've had with a company to get home! Absolutely thrilled to have found this company! My 19 year old son visits his girlfriend in Seattle once in a while, and I'm always a little stressed about the logistics of getting him to and from the airport in a safe and timely manner. I found Royal Town Car and will never use a different company. The driver was punctual, professional, and his rates and quality of the car were fantastic. My son ended up using them for a drive to the tulip festival an hour and a half away. By the end of the weekend my son felt like he had a new friend. The driver also texted me upon dropping my son off at his hotel, and I can't emphasize enough how nice it was to feel like I had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend them. Worst service ever. Absolutely shady experience. I booked the service on 2/10 for 2/11 and they said they would send me a confirmation on email. On 2/11 due to a change of plans, i did not need the service anymore. When i called to cancel, they said i'd be charged the full amount because they told me over the phone and all their phone conversations are recorded. So i requested for either their phone recording or a copy of the confirmation email that they said the would send as i did not receive that either, they said they would not share either. I told them i was prepared to pay the amount as long as they showed me that i had received their cancellation policy, which i had genuinely not seen. The phone call that i had with the person (not furnishing his name here intentionally to still protect his identify and i am happy to give details to their management directly) was absolutely terrible and it was impossible for me to get a word in with the other person being very belligerent on the other end. I finally told them explicity i was not authorizing them to charge my card and if they did, i would have to cancel it with my bank. They still went ahead and charged me and i am now having to spend the time and energy to dispute that through my bank. I am very very disappointed at their service and how they treat at their customers. Terrible job at expectation setting, handling customer inquiries and providing information even when a customer is genuinely frustrated for the lack of the information and is seeking to resolve the issue. read more

This company is VERY RUDE to customers and especially to the older person.Please do not book with this company until you read this review! I arranged for an early morning ride to Sea-Tac on Monday, July 11, 2016. The town car was supposed to be at the house at 4:00 am. He came at 4:30 am for pick up. I had two suitcases, a huge shoulder bag and wrapped up hiking sticks. There was hardly any traffic and we made good time. The driver knew that I was departing Sea-Tac and what airline. He drove to the point where the road separates and departures go to the right and arrivals go to the left. He took the arrivals road and said that he was taking me to the arrivals because it would save time. There was plenty of time as my flight did not leave until 7:50 am and we were there with plenty of time. He did not give me a choice in the matter and he did not tell me that it would involve a lot of walking and two escalators up to the ticket check-in. He let me out with all my luggage and sped away. I am an older person and I had to walk a long way with four pieces of luggage and belongings. This put a physical strain on me and I was forced to stop many times and rearrange my luggage and rest and catch my breath. The driver knew how far I would have to walk and he knew how much luggage I had and that I am a senior. This was very inconsiderate on his part. There were no skycaps in the vicinity, nor anyone to help me. By the time I reached airport check-in, I was tired and sweaty and worn out. I paid full price to be dropped off at the check-in for my airline and I did not get what I paid for. Arriving back home, I contacted Seattle Royal Town Car and complained about the service. The owner did not apologize and did not offer to refund all or even give me a partial refund. This shows a complete indifference to customer service and older people. I would highly encourage everyone not to call and book a ride to Sea-Tac with Seattle Royal Town Car. I also complained to the City of Seattle, as they regulate cab and livery services. They did note the complaint, but did nothing to make this company give me a partial or full refund. Please don't use this service if you want to get what you pay for. I can substantiate every part of this review. There is proof with the City of Seattle regarding this complaint. read more
