If I could give them a negative star, I would!…read more I made a Yelp account just to post this. This mailing service does indeed pick-up your parcels and attempts to ship your items to destinations but they do such a bang-up job! I have had such a terrible experience a few years back, using their service to send some documents to a client abroad in the USA in the attempt that I would pay less than LBC. I should have thought twice! This was in Dec. 2015. Once my mail was shipped, they lost it and wouldn't help me enough to retrieve my package! Of course, my client was already worrying and I had to constantly email them. I even got a notification that my ticket was solved already so I had to email so many times. The representative "Anna" just keeps saying that she will coordinate with the Int'l representatives. Then I had someone call UPS in USA, they said they already coordinated with Xend about a refund but Xend takes SO long! We had started talking January, only by Feb did they confirm my mail was lost, and told me the steps in getting a refund. March 21, 2016 was my last email to "Anna" and DID NOT get a response anymore from her. It's like going through a needle's hole. I had to follow up, never did they give me the hint of initiative in making things right. Come April 2016 I tried to email them again. A new person replied with the name "Alex" and you know what? He mistakenly attached a LONG thread of emails of complaints and etc with another client of his. Way to go! That was the last display of "mistakes" or should I say, incompetence from Xend. I was sure then that I wouldn't see even a peso from my refund if their correspondence was that terrible. What nonsense. That AND the fact that they commit errors that lead to sharing of your private data. I can still access the conversation of that stranger with Xend, of course their addresses were in the conversation too! 2 years passed, my GOD I made the same mistake of trusting them. Now my parcel (as a receiver) is LOST yet again! You know what, it would be okay if they ACTUALLY coordinated with clients but all their hotlines don't work. They give out temp. hotlines that DON'T work either! Just check their Facebook page to see the hundreds of people who have resulted into commenting on their posts just to get noticed/help.

I sell online so I often require the service of a courier. I usually go with Xend because they're…read morethe easiest to work with. You can go online and easily schedule for pick up. If you schedule it before 2pm they can still pick it up the same day (they come around as late as 5pm) or the next day if you miss the cutoff. They usually give you several pouches and a waybill booklet if they know that you ask for it. To make life easier though, you can also print waybills from your account (which would already have the waybill number printed). I love that they deliver the next day for transactions within Metro Manila. A big pouch is on P59 and the extra large one is P79 -- it doesn't matter how heavy it is as long as it fits in the bag, the price remains the same. I've never had problems with them for within Metro Manila service. Packages are easy to track in their website and the system is updated in a timely manner. But I would not use them again provincial deliveries. Although their price for that is relatively cheap (99 for large and P149 for XL), they've lost 2 of my packages already -- one for bulacan and one bound for Tarlac. It takes them days to reply when you ask them about it and they would repeatedly tell you that they handed it to their partner courier. It did get delivered eventually but one took 8 days. Very disappointing service for provincial deliveries but good service for Metro Manila so I still use them often.

*Note: This is a 4.5 Star review…read more SM Cyberzone is the place to go for ALL your techie needs! Yes, there is Greenhills but, for the legit tech support services and products on warranty, you should go here. They usually have the latest phones, laptops, digital cameras, gaming consoles, PC components and tech accessories. If not, you can always order it ahead of time and make a reservation. The reason I love SM Cyberzone is that it is located inside a mall and they are open til late. Depending on what product you plan to buy or the service that you need, the prices per store is relatively the same price. You can still haggle and, of course, requests for extras like accessories or freebies (like SD Cards or USBs). Unlike other techie kiosks, you can pay using credit cards here and they also offer installment packages. Very convenient! I usually go here to have my laptops fixed or to buy a cheap accessory for my gadgets. Plus, I just like going around to see the latest gadgets to touch and try them out (LOL!). Depending which store you choose, the staff are well-informed about the gadgets. So, they will be there to help you decide whether to buy or not. Lastly, it is one of the best places to shop because many stores offer deals and promotions at the end of the month and most especially during the Christmas season. So, if you're a gadget lover like me, give this place a visit one time. Less stressful than GH for sure :)

As the tech area of one of the biggest malls in the metro, most of the big tech brands have a home there. Just about every bit of consumer tech is present there: mobiles, personal computing and photography are ready and waiting to be explored. Own brand laptops and desktops from Acer, Lenovo, Asus, and Apple all have wares for the computer savvy. Canon PH and Camerahaus provide eye candy for shutterbugs. Smart, Globe and Sun all have their own stores, as well as Samsung and Sony Mobile should you want to buy something without a postpaid plan. For a bit of local flavor, MyPhone and Cherry Mobile also have prominent stalls. Music lovers also have the JBL Concept Store, and a Sennheiser stall in the middle. This doesn't even account for the other stores selling accessories, peripherals, and a plethora of other items. And naturally, it has a CDR King. Because everyone needs to visit CDR King once in a while.

There are several laundry and dry cleaning shops in Salcedo Village. Within the vicinity of LP…read moreLeviste alone, there are at least three. But only one cleaner has put the environment as a top concern. This is the reason why my wife prefers the services of Panda Cleaners. They use eco-friendly products such as biodegradable detergents and eco bags. The dry cleaning service is up to standards. I had my favorite coat dry cleaned for a friend's wedding and I couldn't complain about the results. I loved the fact that my freshly cleaned coat didn't have any hint of harsh chemical additives. However, for heavily stained or grimy fabrics, I would not recommend this shop. Since Panda does not use bleach and other chemicals, totally soiled items may not be as clean as you'd like them to be after just one wash. This is what happened with my queen-size bed comforter. But somehow, I find it all understandable. Lastly, the fact that Panda Cleaners only use environment-friendly detergents make their services a bit more expensive than other laundry shops in the area. Pick up and delivery service can be availed provided your laundry hits a minimum of six kilos. Panda is open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm.

Come on, it's Panda Cleaners. The bamboo atmosphere should be somewhere there :p The laundry is spacious and much more organized compared to the others on the same area, but the prices are a little bit higher too. Nothing prohibitive, but it's something to consider. The quality of the services are very good. It didn't disappoint me. What I like about Panda Cleaners ia that they have an area there just to do alterations. There's a sewing machine on the right side of the laundry, so you can solve all your clothes-related problems in one single place. I appreciate this kind of convenience. However, the woman who does alterations is there only from 6am to 3pm, so you have to organize your time in order to find her.
